We enjoyed our stay at the Happy Duck. The place was nice and clean with great ocean views. The well stocked kitchen was a plus and loved the upgraded bath rooms and comfy king size bed. We will definitely be back next summer.

The Lucky Duck is a great vacation destination. It has many of the amenities that others do not. We love that we can walk to many wonderful shops and eateries. Tracey and David are great hosts.

This was our third time staying at the Lucky Duck, and once again, we had an amazing trip! Immediately when you walk in, you can tell how clean and well cared for everything is. The location can’t be beat- just steps from the beach while still being close to town, restaurants, and everything you need. It’s such an easy, comfortable place to stay, especially for a small family. We’ve had nothing but a positive experience every stay! Until next time!

We love staying at the lucky duck so much we have stayed 3 times so far. Upon arrival it is easy to check in and we find the condo fresh and clean. Tracey is awesome if you have any questions. Having a first floor condo, on the beach with a pool makes a great vacation!

Excellent accommodations, very clean, well stocked and convenient to all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck facing the ocean. This was our first time to OBX and we will be back. Tracey and David were wonderful hosts.

This was our second time staying here and once again, Tracey was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation! This condo is a great location for couples and small families. We had our toddler and our baby with us, and they loved it! Tracey communicated with us quickly and was very responsive. The kitchen was very well-stocked and made meals much easier, and the new king-sized mattress was so comfy. 10/10 recommend!

The Lucky Duck is a very comfortable, well appointed condo that is conveniently located just a few steps away from a great beach and is within easy walking distance of all the wonderful things to do in the town of Duck, NC. We have stayed there on three occasions and have enjoyed our stay more each time. The host is very helpful and gives great directions on what is needed to begin and end your stay. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable, and all of the features provided are kept in great working order. One could not ask for more in a VRBO rental experience.

Tracey the host was wonderful and responsive, and even left me a lovely surprise as I was there to celebrate my birthday. The condo was clean and bright, and exactly as described. I loved being able to see the sunrise over the beach from inside, and we enjoyed our breakfast on the deck. The beach was a short walk over the dune and we had a great view of the pool.We loved our stay and would 10/10 stay again!

The perfect place to spend a couple of days away. The view from the deck was fantastic, the condo was immaculate. We really appreciated how well stocked and organized everything is, even down to the blue folder with all of the information we could ever need! Communication was fantastic, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place was great. Beautiful beach view and easy access to Duck. Biggest drawback, having to bring sheets, quilts, pillows, beach and bath towels, hair dryer and kitchen towel. In all fairness, that was spelled out in the listing but I failed to notice. Added a great deal to our packing.

As our information states, we do offer linen packages as an option for our guests and it sounds like that may have improved your experience. Relaxing and Refreshing

The Lucky Duck is clean, comfortable and conveniently located for walks on the beach, boardwalk and into town. The beach is beautiful and was relatively uncrowded the week we went. We had great weather and enjoyed our stay!

Long weekend in Duck, NC

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and well-appointed beach condo. We could see the ocean from the deck and walk to town in 15 minutes.
