Condo OCEANFRONT à Duck avec de nombreuses commodités. Cinq couchages, à pied des attractions.

Ce "Oceanfront", au deuxiÚme étage, Colony by the Sea Condominium offre de nombreuses commodités et est trÚs bien situé. Marchez jusqu'à la plage en seulement une minute. Marchez jusqu'aux magasins, aux restaurants, aux magasins ou au marché de Duck. Observez les dauphins depuis votre terrasse, salon ou cuisine. Des meubles, des appareils électroménagers et un lit confortable mis à jour complÚtent cette retraite de vacances! Il y a deux téléviseurs à écran plat avec cùble et un lecteur DVD. WIFI gratuit et cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Verres à vin et martinis pour vos besoins adultes. Piscine communautaire, un pont supérieur de dunes et une promenade vers la plage sont disponibles! Détendez-vous dans le salon spacieux ou savourez votre café du matin sur la grande terrasse en bord de mer 10x14 .... c'est notre préféré. Pique-nique, grillades, courts de tennis / basket-ball. Aire de jeux pour les enfants. Louez des équipements de sports nautiques à moins d'un kilomÚtre. Il y a des planches de bodyboard et d'autres jouets de sable situés sur le pont pour votre usage. Vous aurez plaisir à visiter Corolla à environ 16 km ... plus de magasins, de restaurants, de karts, de putt-putt et de nombreuses activités pour les enfants. Les épiceries sont à 6-7 miles du condo. Je recommanderais de prendre le temps d'aller aux épiceries par rapport aux petits magasins locaux de Duck car ils sont trÚs chers.

N'oubliez pas d'apporter vos propres serviettes, draps, taies d'oreiller et tout autre linge dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Vous avez la possibilité de louer tous vos draps si vous le souhaitez, je peux vous fournir le numéro de téléphone et l'entreprise livrera et ramassera tous vos draps. Ils ont également d'autres articles de plage et bébé que vous pouvez louer si nécessaire. Je sais que les draps sont généralement fournis mais ce n'est généralement pas le cas sur les rives extérieures et la plupart des gens choisissent d'apporter les leurs.

Property was exactly as listed and photos were all up to date. Views from balcony were amazing and it was very comfortable for the two of us and very convenient location for Duck shops and restaurants If stairs are a concern this unit may be a bit challenging. Bear in mind that the bottom floor is considered ground level so 2nd floor is up TWO flights. Pack accordingly. The unit has everything you need except clothes, bed linens and towels. The laundry on the ground level only accepts charge cards so be prepared.

The property was clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. It has great views from the balcony with high top deck furniture that does not obstruct the view. Rick was quick to respond to questions and provided detailed information that was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the property to friends planning to stay in Duck.

The unit was clean, spacious, with a great view. It has modern appliances, a beautiful shower in the master bath, and everything works as it should. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Great location

Property was perfect for us. Wonderful beach access, the pool was a great bonus. The views from deck each morning outstanding. It was exactly as described. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to get the chance to stay here again highly recommend.

What a great place to stay! So close to the beach, accessibility to near restaurants by bike using the bike lanes was so convenient as the traffic on the main road was more than expected. Hosts were super communicative and responded quickly. They were even willing to extend our check out as late as they could before new guests arrived. Amazing place!!! Will definitely go back and duck was great food and great people and gorgeous to visit.

Great spot

Nice views of the ocean and quick access to the beach. Quiet and comfy bed! Just don’t forget sheets and towels as they aren’t provided! There’s a goodwill and Walmart super close if you need linens!

Long weekend get away.

We had a great stay at this condo! Beautiful setting and condo had everything we needed. I just wish there had been an elevator, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Getaway Location

We decided last minute to take a short trip to the Outer Banks. Rick was very responsive and communicative. And the condo is a wonderful location with easy beach access and a wonderful view. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would certainly stay again. Hopefully for longer next time.

Wonderful but bring your soap and earplugs!

Everything that the owner of this property did was wonderful except .....I suggest he provide some bars of soap to wash with. When asked if there was soap, we were instructed to use the liquid bottles of Dove and other watered down soap left by prior occupants. These were locked in closet we were given the combination to get in. When paying $400 a night, having soap is not a lot to ask for. Also our stay was somewhat impacted by whoever stayed above us. There was constant noise in the room above us from 6 Am onward. Stomping noises, chairs and furntiure being dragged across the floor, etc. I had earplus and was OK but my husband was kept awake. Now this is not the owners fault of our particular unit, but he might want to speak with whoever owns the above unit and give them hell for us! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the pool and the beach and the condo had everything we needed but for the soap

Perfect for our family of four. Loved the balcony and the beautiful ocean views! We were there in the height of the summer and the condo still felt very quiet and supper relaxing, we will definitely be back. Rick was very easy to communicate with, helpful and thorough with information, giving us our best experience. We just got home and we miss it already!

Beautiful oceanfront condo in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo in Duck. The condo and pool were clean, and it was in a great location to visit the local restaurants and shops in Duck. We also had great communication with the host, and we appreciated the extra amenities that were provided. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Great property in great location. I know that condo technically sleeps 5, but that would be very tight, in my opinion. Seating area in common area -- also a bed -- sits 4 as does the kitchen table. Two chairs on the balcony. Kitchen is tight, so if you plan to cook, not a lot of counter space. Adequate beach chairs, with umbrella, tent and boogies boards -- though we only used 2 chairs. We had trouble with the TV, though our host was very responsive in trying to help us. For 2 people this condo fit the bill. Good cummunication with Rick, our host.

Having to provide linen (sheets and towels) seems odd as I have stayed at other places there at OBX that provided them. Other than that, can't complain. Nice views. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Moms Weekend Getaway

Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. One suggestion I would make is to reverse the door on the fridge, it's annoying to open against the wall. We had dinner the first night at NC Coast Grill in Duck, highly recommend! Salmon and scallop dishes were fantastic. Breakfast at the Treehouse on our way home was also delicious. We enjoyed ourselves completely, already talking about our next trip!

Very clean, had all kitchen equipment you would need. Bathrooms small. The only downfall you have to bring your own towels and sheets. But beautiful view of ocean. Thanks for the rental

This is our seventh year on VRBO. We purchased this condo in 1991 and I wished I would have bought 10 of them. We love the Duck community and Colony By The Sea. We all grew up in Columbus Ohio but are now spread out in Columbus, Tennessee and Indiana. For over 30 years we have enjoyed the Duck beaches, food, shops, ice cream, water activities, adult time and all the other amenities. Duck is our favorite beach place to go.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The views, the location, the town of Duck, the people, the food, things for the kids and adults to do, its quiet....it just doesn't get much better. We bought the condo sight unseen and wish we could have purchased 20 condo's in the town of duck. This is a very safe place to visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Outstanding views, watch the dolphins from the deck, great restaurants that you can walk to, steps from the beach, pool available during the season, updated kitchen and bathrooms and furniture.

There are 4 buildings in Colony By The Sea and our building is 1 of 2 oceanfront buildings. Additionally, our building has an enlarged deck overlooking the pool, grills and picnic tables. You are only going to find the enlarged decks on building A. The decks on buildings B, C and D are much smaller. The A & D buildings are the Oceanfront buildings. There are washing machines and dryers on the ground level of each building.
