RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026
Adjusted Rates with a 25% DISCOUNT
BALCONY CLOSURE FOR THIS UNIT WILL BE NOVEMBER 3 – DECEMBER 27, 2025 (DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location. (CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Nov 3 - Dec 27, 2025)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project

The property was first class. Our room was clean and perfectly furnished. The view from our 14th floor balcony was absolutely beautiful. Our host were very responsive to our needs. I would give our stay at Long Beach Resort a "10". We will be back and hopefully stay in the same room.

Somewhat Disappointing

Buildings were very dirty with cracks everywhere on the exterior. Buildings need to be cleaned and painted. Exterior floors were dirty throughout. Elevators were very hot. The bed had deep divots in it and was uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open. Tracks need to be cleaned and rollers adjusted on both doors. Lock mechanisms were very rusty. Lots of noise coming through the front of the room from the street even though we were on the 14th floor. A large cockroach showed up in the bathroom and then ran under the locked closet door. I jammed a towel under the door to keep him inside. Overall, it was just an ok place. Not worth the cost.

Beautiful

I could not have been happier with this condo. It’s very clean and well kept. The decor is beautiful presenting a nice relaxing vibe. You cannot beat the ocean view scenery! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sun rise and taking in the wild life. I also enjoyed the beach life! Just steps away from the ocean.

Perfect Penthouse Property

The penthouse unit was exactly as advertised and displayed in the photos. The communication with the host was exemplary and we found the place to be very relaxing and quiet. It was a perfect setting for me and my spouse. We enjoyed it, and highly recommend.

Perfect for couple

My husband and I were in PCB for spring break. The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The location is perfect with a large balcony to enjoy. I felt safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrella provided- a lovely perk! In unit washer and dryer helped tremendously for our week-long stay. If we ever come to PCB again, we would absolutely stay again.

BEAUTIFUL 14TH FLOOR CONDO

This condo is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. I like the high ceilings, the privacy, and the view. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so very helpful and nice. He always handles everything so professionally. I will go back as soon as possible.

Perfection

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The photos were spot on. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. The communication with the property owner was prompt and detailed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants & shops, but best of all the ocean. The sunsets were stunning! The pools - oh my ! Definitely hope to return .

Wonderfull Condo

We stayed here for 2 weeks and totally love it. The condo was just as the pictures showed very well decorated with new stainless steel appliances what I liked was how most of the light switches had dimmers installed which you could set the mood lighting to your preference. We had trouble with the bedroom TV not getting any cable reception except streaming shows and no network connection even after I tried every input the TV had. Oh well not that big of a deal really. All in all this is a Great condo to rent and had an easy time contacting the owner who was right on top of sending us the access codes, parking and resort access placard, and wristbands you need to access the pool and beach areas. We will be back.
