Perfect Penthouse Property

The penthouse unit was exactly as advertised and displayed in the photos. The communication with the host was exemplary and we found the place to be very relaxing and quiet. It was a perfect setting for me and my spouse. We enjoyed it, and highly recommend.

Perfect for couple

My husband and I were in PCB for spring break. The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The location is perfect with a large balcony to enjoy. I felt safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrella provided- a lovely perk! In unit washer and dryer helped tremendously for our week-long stay. If we ever come to PCB again, we would absolutely stay again.

BEAUTIFUL 14TH FLOOR CONDO

This condo is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. I like the high ceilings, the privacy, and the view. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so very helpful and nice. He always handles everything so professionally. I will go back as soon as possible.

Perfection

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The photos were spot on. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. The communication with the property owner was prompt and detailed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants & shops, but best of all the ocean. The sunsets were stunning! The pools - oh my ! Definitely hope to return .

Wonderfull Condo

We stayed here for 2 weeks and totally love it. The condo was just as the pictures showed very well decorated with new stainless steel appliances what I liked was how most of the light switches had dimmers installed which you could set the mood lighting to your preference. We had trouble with the bedroom TV not getting any cable reception except streaming shows and no network connection even after I tried every input the TV had. Oh well not that big of a deal really. All in all this is a Great condo to rent and had an easy time contacting the owner who was right on top of sending us the access codes, parking and resort access placard, and wristbands you need to access the pool and beach areas. We will be back.

Beautiful place, best view

Very clean rental and beautifully decorated. Felt safe, 14th floor was a worry at first but ended up giving is some fantastic views. Comfortable bed, double bath door was great too if anyone had more than 2 people. Kitchen amenities great, even washer and dryer in it! Was great to have. One elevator was out but did not impact our stay. Pools were great. Beach chairs handly and umbrella in the rental agreement. Yay!!!!!! I would let folks know they are the regular ones anyone can rent tho, In other words to go to the beach hut and tell them you need them. Left bath sink dripping so you know but perfectly fine! Loved it!!!!

This property was everything as advertised and it was even better in person. Bill was easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a great property with easy parking, fast elevators, easy access to the beach and two pools, and free beach chairs/umbrella, you cannot go wrong here.

First week of June

Well decorated and furnished, exactly as advertised and pictured, in a great location, in a nice complex. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We love having a large balcony with a great view from both the living room and bedroom. It seemed just the right size condo for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. Having a door code instead of a key was great. The elevators were great, very quick and rarely much of any wait. There was always plenty of parking available. Washer/dryer much appreciated, we wouldn't stay in a beach condo without. The new beach chairs and umbrellas are very nice except for having to count to figure out which are the assigned ones since they are all the same and put up daily (for us - go to center, then count 10 to the left, others were more or less). Not the fault of the owner in any way, just how it is there now. The chair people are a little quick to pick up and put away if you leave for a bit anytime in the afternoon, too, so future users should make sure to leave something with the chairs so they know you're coming back.

Disappointed

Disappointed! The bed smelled like vomit, there was mold in the coffee pot, the windows were only cleaned about 6’ up, and there were only 3 towels for the week. The condo is in a great location, well decorated with an excellent balcony and view, however cleanliness was an issue for us. I considered calling Bill (he did provide his number), however, I came down to PCB for relaxation and wanted privacy……I did not want to “manage” the property and its issues nor did I want to spend my time finding solutions. That is the management’s job, not mine and I did not go on vacation to problem solve. It fell short, not worth the money. It’s as simple as that.
