Remodeled the condo with HIGH QUALITY KITCHEN & BATHROOM with custom cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops.

You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful condominium featuring wall to wall ocean views from every room. Relax in this beautiful furnished and nicely decorated condo or taking in the spectacular views from the 30 foot curved balcony, while enjoying your favorite beverage.

The living room also has a LCD TV & DVD PLAYER as well as a queen-size sleeper, with all glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, direct access to balcony. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and an over sized garden tub with shower, plus washing machine & dryer!

Our high quality condo sleeps four very comfortably.

Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage and 24 hour gated security. Wonderful Vacation Condo

The property was clean and had everything you could want for your stay. There was plenty of comfortable seating, the views and proximity to the beach made for a perfect vacation. The hosts were extremely responsive and gracious. We would highly recommend!

I adored waking up to a sea view even if it was chilly. Perfect place fir sea gazing and entertainment alike. Cleanest beach place i have ever stayed!

We loved our stay - gorgeous view, great location, beaches are phenomenal. Condo was great for what we needed - clean, safe, private, and overlooking the ocean - wow! We will be going to PCB again - thank you Bill!

Long Beach Condo

As always we loved Long Beach. The condo was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. The view is outstanding! We had the unfortunate luck of terribly cold weather so outside activities were limited.

Fantastic

The property has the best view with the nice long patio. Bed was comfortable and having the double sinks in the bathroom was a nice treat. Only has very very basic supplies so be sure to bring what you need or want.

Beautiful condo with great views!

The location and views from the condo were great! It was clean and very well equipped. Having the already reserved beach chairs was excellent. We will definitely be back to rent from Bill again. Highly recommend.

Condo as good as advertised….spacious, all the amenities, big balcony, fabulous view of beach, sea, and sunsets. Very quiet, even during spring break, just the soothing sound of the surf. Beach pristine clean and not crowded. Building secure and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay at Bill's properties and probably our favorite thus far. All of his properties are beautifully decorated and clean. He is so easy to work with. Can't wait to book next year's vacation!

Great Time

Condo was good. Was a issue with mattress cover on pull out coach, but other then that it was great. Water and beach were beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better week of weather. We will definitely be renting from Bill Pedersen again, but probably one of his larger units.

Enjoyed our stay.

Overall the condo was very nice and met our needs. It was decorated very nicely and beachy. The location is perfect to get around, it’s not quite the busiest area and easy to get around and avoid a lot of the traffic. We would likely stay here again. This was our 2nd stay at Longbeach but the 1st in this unit. We were there for the 4th of July and the beach was definitely lit up with fireworks from both the fireworks shot off at the pier, which we could also see the ones from Pier Park and other guests. Just a note about the doors to the deck, they are extremely heavy and very difficult to open from the outside.

Amazing experience!

The booking was easy. Bill Pederson gave us all the check=in and out information. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and as pictured on the internet. The mattress and bedding very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The decor and furniture up to date and comfortable. The balcony views were gorgeous and liked the high back balcony furniture. We would like to rent again.

Was a nice relaxing vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay at PCB ,the weather was alittle on the chilly side for most of our trip but that was ok .The condo was nice ,the water pressure in kitchen was not the best and some of the pots and pans are old but the bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing .Bill was very easy to communicate with as well .

Plumbing issues

This unit has plumbing issues. Upon arrival, we found the toilet would not flush properly. After contacting the property manager, a maintenance man came and corrected this issue. Later, when I took a shower, the tub drain was not draining properly. By the time I finished my shower, I was standing in water over my feet.
