This Tower 1, 3rd floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable couch with a queen pull out mattress for maximum comfort, a super plush leather recliner, stylish high-top bar stools, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with new balcony furniture featuring comfortable and sturdy Durawood bar height table and swivel chair set, and adjustable sun lounger!

The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA guidelines).

A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, and toiletries are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (per HOA guidelines).
