C'est un condominium de luxe superbement décoré, penthouse, face au golfe, au Long Beach Resort à Panama City Beach, en Floride! Ce condo a 2 suites qui sont en bord de mer avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le golfe! Vous ne trouverez aucun autre condominium sur la plage avec un plan d'étage comme celui-ci !! S'il vous plaît lire nos commentaires des clients. Chaque client nous a dit que les photos ne font pas justice condo. Cette maison est très haut de gamme et nous vous promettons que vous serez étonné de voir quand vous marchez dans. Il est dans la tour 4 - au 14ème étage.

Chaque chambre dispose d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique avec des baies vitrées donnant sur le magnifique plage de sable blanc! Vous devez simplement voir ce condominium! 18' tuile Designer dans toute copropriété entier! 400 draps coton / satin, serviettes de bain extra épais. Cuisine entièrement approvisionné cuisine fait un délice! Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. DSL, accès rapide sécurisé à haute vitesse Connexion Internet !!!

Le salon / salle à manger a un plafond cathédrale de 14 pieds et ouvre sur un 270 pieds carrés, terrasse carrelée donnant sur l'eau émeraude et sable blanc du Golfe. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir six et la barre de cuisine peut accueillir quatre autres. Les deux chambres sont en bord de mer avec des baies vitrées et plafonds trey.

La suite principale est meublée d'un lit king-size, une armoire avec 39' HDTV à écran plat et double vasque et baignoire jardin / douche dans le bain. La deuxième suite parentale dispose de deux lits queen-size, un téléviseur HD à écran plat 39' avec lecteur Blu-ray et meuble-lavabo double dans la deuxième salle de bain avec une baignoire de jardin. Les deux chambres ont rendez-vous dans les placards et portes-fenêtres qui ouvrent sur le balcon face à l'océan!

Le salon est meublé d'un canapé-lit queen et dispose d'une armoire peinte à la main avec un téléviseur HD 50' , Soundbar lecteur Blu-ray.

Le mobilier de terrasse comprend une table avec quatre chaises et deux chaises longues. Il est un grand condo de 1400 pieds carrés! Les deux chambres sont immenses!

Grande piscine lagon (6500 pieds carrés) avec des cascades, bains à remous, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffée), bar sur place et un grill, un magnifique parc paysager, ainsi que l'accès fermé 24 heures et à la sécurité.

Fall beach get away

Great stay right in the beach with all the basics! Enjoyed easy access to the beach and a beautiful pool! The outdoor furniture needs updating but other than that the condo was great

A bit more dishwasher soap, hand soap and Toilet Paper - silverware holder in dishwasher needs to be replaced. Windows in Living Room need replaceing though an expensive proposition. Overall a great condo and location,

Loved Long Beach Resort!

My family stayed at this property late in August and we already can't wait to return to Long Beach Resort. The location is great and the beach was just lovely. I feel the listing description and all the photos are very accurate. We did need to contact the property manager for minor repairs (just a towel rack that had come off the wall, no biggie). He responded quickly and sent a handyman as soon as possible which we appreciated. The property was in need of a good, deep cleaning but the manager explained with us staying at the end of peak busy season with back-to-back reservations, it's not possible for a deep clean to happen. This does make sense, just something to keep in mind if booking in August like we did. Things like light switches and corners were pretty grimy but the basics were clean. The waster is HE and the rubber ring around it is covered in mold. The entire drawer where detergent goes was also moldy so I had to pull that out and rinse it out. I'm sure that's due to it being HE washer and some folks not letting it air out. I'd rather have had a super basic washer honestly. Overall, I feel this listing is very accurate and you will have a nice time. I personally will not be staying with this particular property manager again but I will definitely be back to this resort!

Great Vacation Condo!

We loved every bit of our stay at this condo. The view was amazing and the location was perfect for shopping, groceries etc.. Beach access was excellent and the condo itself was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again!

"Penthouse".....however......

This property is advertised as the “penthouse” when in all reality you are on the top floor in the middle of the building. While the top floor views are great, and the patio is spacious there are some things to think about before booking this property. There isn’t a pool directly at this building. It’s at the building next door – just a short walk – however not at the building you are staying in. The property does NOT have an electronic keypad lock. The owner mails your keys are you are required to mail them back – at your cost. There isn’t a latch lock on the inside of the door – so someone could make a key and enter when you aren’t there or even worse when you are! The property is in desperate need of deep cleaning. Clearly the cleaning crew doesn’t look at anything eye level. The washer is disgusting with black mold! I tried to clean it just to use it. Wear shoes while inside or your feet will be totally black from the dirty floor. The furniture in both bedrooms is terribly dated. The living room and dining room furniture is great – clearly updated.

Long beach resort

The property is nice, but the beach chair service is pathetic. The staff was very rude and extremely lazy. They promised the chairs and umbrellas would be set up by 8am, but there was never a morning that it wasn't until after 9am. The staff road a John Deere UTV up and down the beach all day. It was impossible to ever relax with the constant sound of the UTV going back and forth. If you like a rude beach staff and the sound of a UTV running constantl, then I recommend this condo complex for you.

Perfection!

Long Beach resort is our go-to at PCB and this unit did not disappoint!! It is literally just like the pictures listed and the view from the 14th floor is nothing short of amazing! Bill, the property manager, was more than helpful and accommodating. We will definitely consider this unit on our next trip back!

Perfect Picture

We always stay in the Long Beach Resort when we come to our Happy Place. This unit checks ALL the boxes. Starting with the manager Bill. He made sure that the unit was ready. Very clean, new living room furniture. He is very easy to reach when we found that the unit next door had flooded and he was ready to help with the issue. He checked in to see if everything was good. The Kitchen has the supplies needed to cook everything. We enjoyed cooking our Christmas Dinner and we decorated our home away from home for Christmas. The ocean was the perfect backdrop for our stay. Can’t wait to get back to PCB soon. You need a breath taking view and a great place to call home if only for a short while this is IT!

Home away from home with a beautiful beach view!

This condo has a large, covered balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets, which is often where we started and ended each day of our vacation. The condo was very clean and everything was in good working condition. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels, sheets and pillows available so we could travel light. There's three new TV's, including one large 4K smart screen TV in the livingroom. The Wi-Fi is very reliable as well. Dealing with the property manager, Bill Pedersen, is a pleasure and he responds very quickly to emails and phone calls. This condo felt like home away home and we'll definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation at Long Beach. My family and I have stayed here for 3 vacations in a row and each one has been great. The beach is beautiful, the resort is clean, and it’s located just minutes from pretty much everything at PCB.

Lovely views from the 14th floor. Agree with prior reviews that updates are needed.

Furniture is quite worn. Bedding seems old and not like 400 count linens as advertised. Towels were mismatched and had bleach stains. Was a bit disappointed as it was not as “high end” as we expected. Overall we had a great time and the beach was wonderful.!

Great vacation!

Condo was awesome! Great layout for 2 couples. Each had their own private bedroom/bathroom suite that closed off for privacy and both had ocean views and deck access. Deck was huge. Location was great and resort was wonderful. Pools were fun and we enjoyed the pool Bar. Would definitely come back.

Great location and great view

A few things need to be fixed. Toilet in the single bed bedroom needs a new flapper in the tank, it leaks. Need lock on the sliding glass door. Rain leaks in through sliding glass door. TV has to many remotes, hard to figure out even with instructions. Fan in master bedroom and living room does not work with remotes. Living room lamp switch did not work. The drain in the washing machine room gave off a sewer smell. We put bleach in the drain to kill the sewer smell.

2022 Spring Break Family Trip

Our family enjoyed our stay during spring break. The condo was clean, we always come back to this property because of the double master suites facing the ocean. It was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location of the unit was close to the elevator & trash chute which made it convenient. A few parts about our stay I noticed compared to some other units I stayed in the past were: The interior living furniture & outside furniture has some wear & tear but no biggie. We could not turn the television on with a remote, we could not work the ceiling fan in living room manually or by remote, the tv’s did not offer streaming and are not smart televisions. The shower glass door in one of the bathrooms is off track & kinda of dangerous. One night the unit beside us partied til 3am, screaming outside on the balcony. Fortunately, someone must have complained because it only happened one night. Overall we had a pleasant stay except for last night with the tornado that came, but we were safe. I would recommend this listing to friends & family. We will be back. Thank you again.

We have stayed at this property several times. This is a great place to stay but the property is showing signs of wear. I have stayed here for the last 6 years and plan to return next year. The property manager, Bill Peterson is great to book through.

The floor plan is the best on PCB with floor to ceiling windows in every room. The property itself has the largest beach area than any other resort. We just love PCB and hope you choose our vacation home for your next family memories.
