Tropical ocean front home in a beautiful location, luxurious accommodations and exceptional amenities to help create lifetime memories for you and your guests. Savor the ocean front view or fish from the deep water dock. The grounds have been cultivated with enjoyment in mind, beautiful trees, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ , griddle & plenty of patio furniture. Property includes a heated outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, and a small ramp perfect for jet ski’s or kayaks. There is plenty of parking in the front of the home where you can keep an RV, boat trailer, and numerous vehicles. Electrical hook up available for electrical vehicles and or RV. Also easy sewer hookup for an RV.

A slice of heaven!

This house and location was amazing! Ocean view with a pool. The downstairs had everything you needed. Bedroom, bathroom. The outside kitchen was amazing. Grill, Blackstone, refrigerator, big sink. They also had a bait freezer, which is a plus for fisherman. We had use of pool toys, life jackets and paddleboards. The boat hoist is a plus to for our boat.The upstairs had a beautiful deck, with a breathtaking view. Having our coffee up there in the morning was amazing. We ready only used up stairs to sleep. The kitchen had everything you could need.The owners Jessica and Peley were so wonderful and helpful with all our needs.I would recommend this rental hands down. We enjoyed it with family, friends and our grandkids.Hope to be able to come back and stay again!

Come relax at our Little Oasis in Tavernier... This calm, comfortable house has 3 bedroom & 3 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 1st floor. House has been fully remodeled in 2020. New heated outdoor pool with a full outdoor kitchen to include BBQ and griddle. You can enjoy your morning coffee out back with full ocean view. You can even swim, snorkel, kayak, fish, or bring your own boat. You can always just relax and enjoy the view on hammocks. Property is located near some of the best attractions the upper keys has to offer. Minutes away from Harry Harris park, the famous John Pennekamp coral reef state park, the Tiki bar, and countless excellent restaurants.

For the avid fisherman you will be located on a deep clean water canal, instant open ocean access and a 5 minute away cruise to Tavernier creek for bay side access. The concrete dock comes with a small ramp to trailer jet ski, kayaks, or small boats, fresh water shower, 20k lift that holds most boats 39' or less, a fish cleaning station with fresh running water and water hoses to reach lift and boat. Large lot with plenty of parking for cars, boat trailers, and RV parking with electrical and sewer hook up.

Amenities: Property renovated and includes all new: Ring alarm system with Ring security out door cameras. 3 TVs with local cable channels, WIFI, large central A/C unit with heater, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, range, cooktop, microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, pots & pans, air fryer, and utensils. Outside you also have a covered and well lit terrace including a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ and griddle. There's also a full refrigerator and a freezer to store ice and bait.
