This beautifully remodeled home in Plantation Key Colony offers the amenities of a large resort in a private residential setting. With two separate living spaces, it's ideal for larger families or groups who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own space. Both the upstairs and downstairs units include full kitchens, living rooms, and washer/dryers.
The main living space is on the second level and sleeps six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom includes a full and twin bed, both with trundles. The third bedroom includes two twin trundle beds. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway between these two guest rooms.
The downstairs guest apartment accommodates two guests with a king bedroom, ensuite bath, and an additional full bathroom.
Outside, the home is designed for entertaining with a bar, induction cooktop, Traeger and gas grills, and a heated/chilled pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests can enjoy the putting green, play volleyball in the pool, or gather around the gas fire pit.
The lighted dock accommodates boats up to 20 feet and provides easy access to the Florida Bay and the ocean via Tavernier Creek. Please note that the owners keep their boat on the lift. Kayaks are provided for exploring the nearby mangrove hammock, home to native sea and wildlife.
Small, non-shedding pets may be considered. Pets must be approved by management and a pet fee will apply.

This home is offered as a relaxing getaway for families and friends. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the stay. Parties, events, and similar celebrations are not permitted. Pets (if allowed) must be pre-approved, visitors outside the registered guest list are not allowed, and occupancy may not exceed the stated limit. The home and its amenities are for the enjoyment of registered guests only. By booking, guests agree to these guidelines, which are in place to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
This property is managed locally by Solace Properties. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement via email that must be signed. Payments are processed through Solace Properties, with VRBO charging their service fee separately. We accept personal checks and eChecks with no additional fees. Credit card payments are accepted but include a 3% convenience fee. For any questions or assistance regarding your stay, Solace Properties will be your primary point of contact.
