We happily welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs over 1 year old. Please message us with your dog’s age and breed upon booking. Certain breeds known to be destructive are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Please use the designated outdoor area and clean up after your pet using the provided waste station. A friendly note for guests with allergies: While we thoroughly clean after every stay, this is a dog-friendly home and may not be suitable for guests with severe dog allergies. The property includes a small grass area out front that's perfect for potty breaks. While it offers a convenient place for your dog to do their business, it is not a fully enclosed exercise yard. For your pet's safety and out of respect for neighboring properties, we ask that dogs remain on a leash whenever they're outside.

📝 Helpful Property Information

✔ Sugar Hollow is a 2-Family building, you will have the entire lower level to yourself with no interaction with others.
✔ We welcome guests 21 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter.
✔ While the home can sleep up to 6 guests with the sleeper sofa, there is only 1 bathroom. We recommend no more than 4 guests for maximum comfort. Please message us before booking more than 4 guests.
✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.
✔ Fireplace is a propane fire table on the patio (no indoor fireplace).
✔ We provide a starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours!
✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, dish sponges and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect.
✔ For safety reasons and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing fire hazards. Misuse may result in a $250 fee plus any damage costs.
✔ We trust you’ll treat our cabin with care, just as you would your own home. Please note that guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
✔ Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a $50 fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.
✔ Parking is limited to 1 vehicle only. Please plan accordingly.
✔ We have no control over the weather or potential issues arising from acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancellation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
