Having been completely renovated in 2020, the open-concept living space features tasteful Stickley craftsman furnishings and Millspaugh Furniture/mattresses in the bedrooms. Beautiful floors and lots of natural light from large windows overlook Loon Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck complete with an outdoor teak dining set and steamer chairs. The full kitchen boasts attractive countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils and cookware you'll need to create something special for you and your guests. Winter guests can spend time enjoying the nearby regional snowmobile trail or skiing the slopes of Gore Mountain Ski Resort, just 14 miles away. During summer months, you'll have over 105 feet of sandy shoreline to enjoy and plenty of lake activities to take advantage of. Enjoy fishing for northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and yellow perch on the lake or spending your vacation swimming out from the beach. There are also lots of nearby hiking trails such as Caroline H. Fish Memorial Trails and Stewart Mountain and Kipp Mountain trailheads.

One canoe and two kayaks are available for guest use (with life jackets). Please rent additional personal floatation devices from Loon Lake Marina for proper fit. Must properly wear life jacket when using canoe/kayaks.

Please note that the dock is in shallow water - do not dive off of the dock.

Parking for four cars is available in the private driveway.

2 luggage racks are provided in each bedroom.

* Per Town of Chester requirements: Fireworks, smoking and accelerants not permitted on premise. Glass bottles/glass are not permitted on beach area or waterfront. Noise ordinance between 10 pm - 7 am.

**Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station at 62 Landon Hill Road which is less than 4 miles away. We provide landfill permit.
