We understand the arcade games were important to this group and that having equipment unavailable was disappointing. We are happy to report that all games are repaired and operational. We do want to clarify the circumstances. The two games initially reported as inoperable were Golden Tee and Buck Hunter. Our team provided troubleshooting assistance and made multiple attempts to resolve them. One attempt was interrupted by an area-wide power outage caused by high winds. Once power was restored, we returned and attempted repairs, but ultimately determined that a professional arcade technician was required. The concerns regarding Mario Kart and pinball were not raised until later, after management declined the substantial refund being requested. Prior to that point, our communications and maintenance efforts had centered on the two games originally reported as inoperable. We respectfully disagree that the arcade issues warranted the substantial refund requested. The home, and its many other advertised amenities remained available and operable throughout the stay,
