Experience the ultimate Montana adventure at our beautiful home in Columbia Falls, the Gateway to Glacier National Park!

This stunning property offers the perfect combination of convenience and serenity, with downtown Columbia Falls just a minute away, yet surrounded by the tranquility of nature in a small neighborhood. Enjoy wildlife sightings right outside your back porch! Complete with a new propane BBQ, heat lamp, and firepit for family and friends to gather around.

Inside, you'll be welcomed to modern amenities and comfortable furnishings including a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room, and a large sofa to relax. On the main level is the master bedroom boasting a plush king bed, flatscreen TV with streaming options and Spectrum cable. The master bedroom also has an en-suite spacious full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a loft with a desk - perfect for working at home- and pull-out sleeper sofa. The second full bathroom upstairs features a shower/tub combo.

Columbia Falls is known as the Gateway to Glacier - West Glacier is only about 20 minutes away from this perfect Glacier Getaway home!

During the summer months, Columbia Falls is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, zip line adventures, whitewater rafting, fishing, and so much more.
Headed to explore Glacier National Park, you will see the water park at Big Sky Waterslides, a natural vortex at the House of Mystery, and the Amazing Fun Center with go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and a gigantic maze. When you are tired of exploring at ground level, take a walk in the trees at the Glacier Highline Adventure in Coram, or go on a horseback ride with Swan Mountain Outfitters – and don’t forget to check out the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center in West Glacier - with an awesome interactive map display and petting zoo during the summer months.

In the winter months, head to Whitefish Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding. Big Mountain, as locals still lovingly call it has 3,000 acres of world class downhill skiing at the ski resort, with spectacular views of Glacier National Park from the summit! This is a beautiful, clean, and spacious home. Worth every penny!! The deck out back surrounded by trees was a very nice area to breathe the crisp mountain air and watch the deer that came right up to the fire pit! The home has everything you could want, comfortable beds and bedding, spotless bathrooms, and a huge kitchen stocked with many supplies. I would rent this home again!

The self check in was seamless and straight forward. The lights were left on for us , so it was very homey when we entered. The house was perfect! We would definitely rent from Lakeshore resorts again!

The home was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group of two adults and three teenagers! We were grateful for the ability to cook and do laundry during our three day stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I also appreciated the opportunity to rent bear spray at a lower cost than purchasing!

This is a beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. the only complaint I have is it would be nice to have wood for the outdoor fire pit. I brought the makings for smores but we did not have fuel for the fire. It is still worth 5 stars.

This was a wonderful vacation for our family. Everything was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all towels, toiletries, etc. We saw wildlife (deer) in the front yard! If you had any questions, Katie was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to stay for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Montana!

Great Base Camp for Visit to Glacier Nat Park

Property was very well-maintained, and provisioned. Comfortable and quality furnishings. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to nearby grocery store, and local coffee shop. Host was very responsive to our needs during our stay, as well as our questions before arrival. Our primary purpose for trip was visiting Glacier National Park, and Whitefish. This location worked out very well for that. It was so nice to have a pleasant place to rest and recouperate after full days of activities. We would definitely enjoy staying here again. Thank you!

Lovely home

Lovely home on a lovely lot near Glacier National Park. My family and I have rented through VRBO for more than 30 years, and this home was the best stocked (towels, laundry products, trash bags, etc.) of any I've rented. It sets in a nice neighborhood with a nature trail, but the homes as you approach this neighborhood are not so nice.

This home was clean and perfect for our needs.

This home was clean and perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed and extra personal touches! Family room was very cozy to come home to after our long days of hiking! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! It was only a 5 min walk to Montana Coffee Traders which is where we started our day every morning!!! Best quiche I’ve ever had and great coffee! We would definitely stay here again! Everything was very easy and stress free from the booking to check out! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here on a motorcycle trip to Glacier. The home is in walking distance to places to eat and downtown. We had a great stay here and would stay here again if we went back in the area.

The Perfect Cozy Stay.

The location of the home was perfect for us. 5 min walk to Montana Coffee Traders! Which is a must every morning of our visit. The house was well equipped with all your basic needs, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, it was very clean and cozy. I loved the personal touches that all lot of rentals don’t think about like makeup removal towelettes, throw blankets for cozying up on the couch! It was very relaxing after coming home from our long hikes! West GNP entrance is only a 25-30 min drive.

Great stay at the Glacier Getaway!

The home was in a very nice neighborhood that was super convenient for getting to Whitefish, Polebridge and Glacier. Columbia Falls has everything there you could possibly need but still quaint. The home was very clean and appointed with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely try to reserve Glacier Getaway next year!

Great location in Columbia Falls

The house was clean, well furnished, spacious! Only negative is that it was difficult to operate the gas fireplace, and the kitchen pots and pans could use an upgrade. I was there to celebrate an "early" Thanksgiving and needed to borrow pots and pans to be able to cook. Outside of that, it was great and I would reccommend the property

Everything and More!

This property was fabulous. It was extremely clean, spacious, had comfortable beds, and more storage space than most homes. Our family of 4 stayed for a week and it was perfect. We had room to spread out after being together all day hiking in the park (18 and 21 year-old sons want their space) but also enjoyed gathering areas to have dinner and watch a movie. The house is about 15 minutes from the West Glacier entrance and about 15 minutes from the great shopping and restaurants in Whitefish. Perfect location!
