It is with great pleasure, we welcome you to our beautiful Villa in the sunshine state.
With a perfect location on the water, combined with SOUTHERN EXPOSURE (Sun all day, all year, at your heated swimming pool), We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with bike paths in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Life doesn’t get any better!

Great winter getaway

The property was all it was described to be. The house is very well kept and well decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. Coffee by the pool every morning was a great way to start the day. Pool was great too. We would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The pool was heated and there was plenty of outdoor seating. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the dock in the evenings. The proximity to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and beaches is great. Our only issue was that the dishwasher did not work during our stay. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Relaxing Cape Coral Getaway

This place is exactly as listed and a great property. The neighborhood is quiet but still close enough to restaurants and groceries. We really enjoyed the large pool and sunshine out back. The dock area and landscaping is impressive. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location For Boaters, Poor Management

This was our third year staying at this house. We are avid boaters, so the location is prime, 5-10 minutes to open water! The house was clean and full of everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint came with the failing tv service and the less than helpful assistance. This was surprising, as in the past, the management has been very helpful. There was an unexplained power outage, which obviously affected the internet. The main tv in the living room could not find the network to reconnect when the power resumed. Yes, we are tech savvy and tried everything to help the tv find the network. When communicating with the manager and still not getting a response until I texted again 24 hours later, he told me “I have tried calling the owner, no response. He is a pilot,” A few hours later we were told that the internet was reset. But that was NOT the problem. He told me there was nothing else he could do because he was 71 years old. Beyond that, there was no other help. We had to solve this issue on our own and move tvs around in the house. After returning home, I texted Don to ask him a second time to have the owner log us out of a streaming service that we had logged in to when he got the tv reconnected to the network. Don ghosted us!! As I said, the past two years Don was great whenever we had a question or concern. This year, Don was far less helpful. For that reason, we could not give this trip a 5 star rating, as we have done in the past.

We had a wonderful week in Cape Coral - and this house was perfection. So so so clean, so many amenities, a perfect location with easy access to restaurants, groceries, Fort Myers and Sanibel. The pool was amazing (and heated to the perfect temp!), fishing in the canal was great, and the house was so comfortable for my family of four, including two young kiddos. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us - we will likely be back for another vacation soon!

Excellent rental property

This house was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful week! The owners left soap dispensers at every sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry detergent tabs, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, beach towels, etc. Don, the property manager reached out and told us to call him ANY time, and that he always answers his phone. Highly recommend this property!!!

Another Great Visit

This was our second year staying at the house. If you are a boater and want to get into the open water quickly, you can’t beat this location! It took us 15 minutes from the dock to the end of the slow zone into the main channel, 25 minutes to Tarpon Point Marina, etc. We had an issue with the pool and algae, but Don was on it immediately when I called him! Highly recommend this house and the manager, Don!!

Cape Coral how it is meant to be.

My wife, our two young boys and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Beautiful clean design with a gorgeous pool and outdoor area. The extra little things like the kayaks, a few beach chairs and pool float things really made you feel at home. Would definitely stay here again. Don was also great to work with.

Fun in the Sun

The house was immaculate both inside and out. The pool area and backyard overlooking the canal was well landscaped and faced south providing maximum sun. The inside has been completely redone and is comfortable and well laid out. I would stay again.

Amazing Location!!

We loved our stay at the house. Everything was exactly as described and more! I was pleasantly surprised to have the extras that were available-spices, condiments, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap to name a few. The location can’t be beat- took all of 5 minutes to get to open water. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great Vacation Rental

This home was outstanding! We loved the house, the pool and all the other amenities. We used the kayaks several times, biked every other day and relaxed either on the lanai, or outside on the patio by the canal. Don was available any time to answer questions and we appreciated his friendly manner.

This property was beautiful and we enjoyed just hanging out at the house. I had 3 teenage girls, and they loved the pool and the kayaks! The kitchen is beautiful, we would definitely stay here again! Don was very easy to work with snd quick to respond as well!!

Best VRBO - A complete dream!

Everything was perfect, from booking to check out! This home has the ‘wow factor’ when walking in. We had everything we needed. We felt at home immediately. Very quiet neighborhood. Great place!

Clean, everything we needed. Only two very small complaints were the thermostat always reset itself, so night time seep was uncomfortable and we had to readjust to cooler, and the xfinity cable went in and out. Otherwise it was amazing!

Christmas in Cape Coral

We had an excellent time in Cape Coral. The house was set up well for guests. The kitchen had everything you would need and has a huge island that is conducive to gathering with your family for meals. The outside area near the canal is a really nice space and is perfect for grilling and spending time outdoors. Rotary Park is right down the street and is a great destination for walks. The Kayaks allow you to see the surrounding area by water and give you very quick and easy access to the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

After getting vaccinated, I needed a getaway. My daughter-in-law found this property and I chose it for its location and the shade in the pool area. My grandson, DIL and I enjoyed the pool very much. Half-day excursions in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral and Naples were such a treat. I had never been to this area, and my DIL grew up going there. We even visited with family. The house was exactly as advertized, and very comfortable. Don was responsive to questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this lovely property.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, in one of the most desirable areas of SE Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. From the dock, you will be on the expanse of the river in 3 minutes at idle speed. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Manatees, dolphin, snook, tarpon, mangrove snappers and countless other species are not unusual passing right by your dock! Once up to speed, Sanibel Island beckons just 10 minutes away. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous night...some truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captive Island...and beyond!!!
