Enjoyed the location, access to comal and downtown New Braunfels. Bedrooms were large and plenty of bedding/pillows. Pool on property was also enjoyable.

Great Stay!

We stayed at Fluss Haus while we were attending Wurstfest. The place was well-maintained and exactly as we anticipated. We love that our hosts left us a cute little welcome gift as well. We would definitely one back!!

River Trip

This location is the BEST! It’s located at the end near the end of the public Comal River access and has its own private exit. The property owner was so helpful, kind and readily available. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. 10/10 will stay here again!!!

Great Place! Great Location!

The condo was clean, organized, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner of the property was friendly and prompt with communication. The location was within walking distance of Schlitterbaun and a few other restaurants. We had 2 babies, a toddler, teenager and 4 adults with us and we had plenty of room.

Overall good. There were a few strange instances with a women with blonde hair working on the unit next to us. Still not sure what was being accomplished, but door mats and random things were moved in and out around the walk ways including the rocks and dirt. Just very odd. Otherwise, a very good unit and place to stay.

Amazing location

Property is very well appointed with 4 large (and comfy) beds. Located in the heart of everything, we walked to the water park, were minutes from our tubing destination and a 3 minute drive to downtown. Would highly recommend for families and groups!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable for the group of 6 that we had. Just needed more towels and washcloths. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hope to come back soon!

Camp Warnecke has brought our family a lot of happy memories & we want to share it with others.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is the perfect location for so many things. You are in the heart of New Braunfels and it is a central location to hundreds of activities. This condo is perfect for a large or small family. We have a hot tub & pool area also available. Schlitterbahn is across the street so is a public river entrance. You can drop your tube and come right out at our private entrance\/exit in about 45 minutes. We are located on a big horseshoe bend in the river. You can also walk to Landa Park and go in at the Chutes also. They also have a beautiful golf course and lots of hiking trails. You can fish at our river access area. If you want to shop the outlets are close or you can walk into town.
