Just two blocks from the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and beach, you'll be steps away from sun-soaked adventures and vibrant local attractions.
With less than a 2-minute walk to event and festival venues, and direct access to the beach, your days can be filled with sunbathing, beachcombing, or dining at nearby local favorites such as Angler’s, MR Ducks, Marina Deck, and many more—all just steps away.
In the evening, unwind and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the bay, as this condo sits directly across from the White Marlin Marina, offering stunning views. Just a few hundred feet away, you'll also find a fishing pier, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, surf and souvenir shops, fast-food spots, fine dining options, as well as lively bars and nightclubs.
For thrill-seekers, Jolly Roger at the Pier is nearby, featuring a two-level carousel, the iconic Ferris wheel, the Slingshot, games, rides, and more family-friendly fun!

A small group of us stayed so we would be close to the beach/boardwalk. It was comfortable and the location was amazing! Perfect for the weekend.

Property need a lot of work. Steps and railings is really bad. No mirrors except in bathroom and no clocks. Tv and coffee maker really confusing. Parking was ok. Never stayed any place where we had to make our own bed

Nice option in the heart of the boardwalk

This is a nice option if you are looking for something within walking distance to the heart of the boardwalk and the beach. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the ability to go to the beach all day and walk back to the condo whenever we needed. The outside looks like your typical beach house with expected wear and tear. There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the lot behind the unit which works out nicely. While the parking lot is well situated, there was a bit of litter around on the ground that may have been left by past guests, including some broken glass. The door is controlled by a PIN code which is really good when coming back from the beach. Not having to worry about a key was nice. Inside, the unit provided more than enough room for the 3 of us and seemed to have had some upgrades recently. There were Smart TVs in the main room as well as the master bedroom. Each room had a dedicated window air conditioner unit that provided the ability to adjust as needed, which came in handy during the warmer periods of the day. The place was clean upon our arrival and in good shape overall. We were able to communicate with the property owners easily over text and via messages on VRBO. They were always quick to reply and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. In fact, when we arrived the coffee maker looked like it was slightly damaged. I let them know and they quickly responded that they would deliver a brand new Keurig to the unit the next day and even asked what kind of coffee we liked. The next day, while we were at the beach, the new coffee maker was installed and a box of coffee pods was left for our use. Great customer service! The kitchen was dated but worked for what we needed. There is no dishwasher and no washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled and was quite nice, but the toilet had a minimal flush and the sink's hot water took a long time to heat up. The shower didn't have any issues though and we never ran out of hot water...which is important with all of the showers after the beach. Given its location, there's a real possibility you'll have partiers or younger adults in the other units which may or may not bother you. We were fine with it and everyone was friendly. Overall we were happy with our stay. While it's not top of the line luxury, it is a functional and well placed beach condo that is definitely workable if you are looking for a few days at the beach.

Cute Place in Downtown OC

Great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Super clean. Furniture is moderately comfortable but that’s expected for rental. It’s great that linen package was included. Less to pack. Would def stay again.

End of summer vacation

The place was just for sleeping for us. It did list the sofa as a sofa sleeper/futon and it is not. It is just a couch. The kitchen could use a few more items such as a baking sheet, can opener, strainer. The outside and parking lot has a lot of trash but that is due to the people that stay in all the units. We were fine the first night staying there but once other people starting staying in other units it became a place that I didn’t want my children to walk outside because of the pot smoking on all sides of us 24/7. They even did it in the cars and at the bottom of our steps with no regard to us having children with us. To each their own but my children shouldn’t have to smell it 24/7 either. The window a/c units was even pulling in the smell from people smoking in the alley way. All in all it wasn’t a bad place to sleep for the price. Not the owners fault that other people don’t think of their surroundings.

Stay at ocmd

The location of this property is very close to boardwalk and beach which makes it nice for families. The space is very simple and basic, new TVs which was nice. The bathroom was renovated, the kitchen could use a reno too for the future, Also could use some amenities for the kitchen, especially for cooking in the oven. Overall we enjoyed our stay, kids loved it ocmd, thank you!
