***2 master suites each with private bathroom (1 King, 1 Queen)

***4 bunk beds (located in upstairs common area)

Queen, King bedroom and bunk beds all share upstairs bathroom.

Outside shower also available for quick sand wash off!

Each bedroom equipped with a smart TV. Wifi access throughout house

Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Height clearance suitable for boats underneath. Covered waterfront porch spans the entire back of the house.
Waterfront canal access (dock tie up only).

Direct bay access - 10 minute boat ride to west end which accesses the Gulf and the best deep sea fishing around.

House sits on concrete slab, perfect for outside dining morning or night! Picnic table is available for use and seats 10 people.

House has 1 double and 1 single kayak & 4 bikes available for renter's use, perfect for early morning / early evening kayak rides through canals.

Fall Break Getaway

The house was perfect. Big enough we could spread out but still be together. The boat dock was perfect for our boat and we were in walking distance of the beach.

Great house

House was fantastic, even though it was not exactly clean. Found receipts from former guests ( I presume) around the house in several places. Vacuums on closet did not work, so swept as best we could. Host was great to work with and gave great advice on restaurants on the island. Overall a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Place

Great location, beautiful and comfortable home. We were surprised at the amenities not listed-a very well appointed kitchen with toaster, everything needed to cook for a large group, coffee pot as well as single keirig cup servings, games, beach towels, beach toys-we lacked for nothing. And when we had an issue with some plumbing, people came to fix it and were friendly and helpful as could be. We could not have been happier where we were.

Loved our vacation

My kids had the best time riding bikes and fishing. Perfect location and nice big home. Everyone had their own space and beds were comfortable. Just wish there would have at least been garbage bags and enough hand soap for our stay. Other than that it was perfect!

Framily Vacation

This was a great property! Our framily consists of 6 adults and 9 children. This property worked perfectly for us. The house is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed kayaking and riding bikes that were provided. The house was stocked with dishes, cookware, and towels. We will be booking this house again!

Exactly what we hoped for and more!

First the house was beautiful. We loved the fact that all the couples had their own bedroom & bath on the first floor. It was very convenient for our parents who have trouble getting around. Also, the space upstairs for the teens and kids was perfect. Everyone seemed to have privacy without being cut off from the rest of the family! The kitchen was very well stocked, having starter paper towels and toilet paper were a plus! It was the little touches like that that made our visit extra special. Also, having towels and sheets available was beneficial. The outside area was terrific as well. Everyone enjoyed fishing and kayaking off the back. One of the kids even caught a crab! She was so excited! Lots of wonderful memories were made, we can’t wait until next year! Thank you once again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great stay

This house easily accommodated multiple families. Coming from 3 different states. Ages ranging from 5 to 50 something. It had plenty of stuff to do for everyone. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great place!

Excellent location, close to gulf side and bayside. Great layout, new everything with plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Perfectly apportioned house for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room table was large…just right for family game nights and puzzles! We enjoyed the deck with the Adirondack chairs and access to the canal. There were bicycles, beach chairs, kayaks, and plenty of beach toys! Overall an exceptional experience for our 2022 Dauphin Island family vacation!

Fantastic Property!

This property was perfect for my family. My granddaughter, her husband and daughters age 2 and 5 used the upstairs (the girls loved the bunk beds) and the rest of us used the downstairs. Upstairs was great because it had its own living room where the girls could play before everyone else got up in the morning. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any house we’ve stayed in the last 18 years. It had everything we needed and all the items were top of the line. The location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Didn’t catch any fish off the dock, but we did catch a crab. The only less than perfect thing was the porch furniture. The Adirondack chairs did not have any cushions so they were very uncomfortable and the little stools were also uncomfortable. Other than that small thing, the house was perfect. I’d recommend stocking up on groceries before you get there because really the only decent grocery store is Walmart which is about a half hour away. The stores on island are very expensive and not well stocked. We had a great time in this house. Many memories were made and I would rank it in the top 5 houses we’ve rented (and we have rented over 50 homes). Communication with Jason couldn’t have been better. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic week.

This home was very clean, new and served or family perfectly. We loved everything about it and will be back. The owners really went the extra mile and thought of everything when preparing this home to rent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful house that met all of our needs and then some. The location is great if you are wanting to fish and also spend time at the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and super clean!

We loved this house from the second we rolled down the road. The kids adored that it was the biggest home on the street. The house faces a canal, and had beach views. You can walk to either the waves of the gulf or the calmness of the Atlantic. Take your pick!! The canal is so much fun for kayaking and jumping in calm water. The house included several Kayaks and many outdoor toys. Inside the home is immaculate. We brought food to eat in at almost every meal. The home provided enough cookware to accommodate our group of 13. Dauphin Island is calm and beautiful. We would love to come back and visit!!

Beautiful home

Loved the location. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal and the beach was just a short walking distance. The house is fully stocked with all of your vacation needs.

Fabulous and Thoughtful

Super nice and new vacation rental. Owners were very thoughtful on setting up their home. Great for larger family trip. We have smaller children. They were able to play in sand and the canal was great for the to be able to play in. Will plan to return

Beachin property

The beach is within a 90 second walk. But the real perks lie within the location and property itself. Situated off the canal, you get prime fishing from the comfort of your own porch. Want to throw in crab traps? Done! Want to kayak? Well they have 2 provided. Who doesn’t love to bike, and you’ve got 4 at your disposal. They’ve thought of everything down to a beach wagon full of chairs. We cooked every meal and had all the convenience of home with the stocked kitchen. My only complaint, we didn’t book this in time for this summer! Awesome property and we will be back.

We're two brothers who love the outdoors and Dauphin Island! We owned a private vacation home for 5 years by the Marina but wanted a larger home that we could share with others. We built Beach It! in 2018 and had such great feedback from our guests that we decided to build another!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house in the perfect family rental - we have a large family so we knew exactly how it needed to be set up - private bedrooms for up to 6 couples or couples with children and 2 comfortable common areas for making lots of memories. Not to mention the outdoor space downstairs, where we're sure you'll spend most of your time. Dauphin Island has a unique vibe, once you cross the bridge it's all peace, tranquility and relaxation. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
