From the open layout and high-end furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen complete with bar seating, this condo was built for relaxation and reminiscing with loved ones after a full day on the slopes. If you want to indulge in a bit of fun closer to home base, the shared heated pool and hot tub are just the place to lounge with a good book in hand or soak sore muscles after a long hike. Come summer, step out onto the private patio and let the grill master of the group cook up a delicious meal on the private gas grill. When nights come to a close, everyone can cozy up next to the fireplace as a movie plays on the mounted flatscreen TV.

You'll be just a few steps from two community hot tubs and across the road from additional amenities at Main Street Station, including an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, the Pioneer Club lounge, and a movie theater.

Perfectly Imperfect

I've been here twice now, and the simple truth is that we have come to accept this property's flaws as a part of the charm. If the bed pillows were all replaced, it would be an easy 4-star review. I am local to Denver, so I am able to bring my own pillow to mitigate the tie-dye brown stains that cover the provided ones. But if I were coming from out of town, and these were the only pillows I had, it would definitely give me the ick. So, if it had new pillows, then what would make it a 5-star review? We really like that there is no carpet throughout. The plank floors into the kitchen tile is nice and uncommon in other rentals in this price range. The kitchen countertops are vinyl laminate. If they were sold surface, that would definitely promote a 5-star review. The bath tub is a big upgrade, but we got the sense it could use a deep clean. Since the bath towels hang inches above the toilet, we move them over to the tub shelf to keep them cleaner. The outside grill made us some good steaks and we were glad it was available with plenty of propane. But it is damaged quite badly, so a new one would promote a 5-star review. Oh, and the nightstands... there are none. I used a log to charge my phone on top of overnight. But all in all I am sure I will return here several times when I want to visit Breck. We wouldn't come back if we couldn't bring our own pillows. So I hope to edit this review the next time I come back and give it a minimum 4-star. As long as the price remains as low as it does, I wouldn't be disappointed if things remained just the same.

Awesome Location

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day and very much enjoyed the location, as everything was walkable. It was a short walk to downtown/main street, along with trails all around. The apartment itself was decent, as it had all the amenties we were looking for. The carpet does need to be replaced, and there was a little bit of a musky/moldy smell in the air, though. Otherwise, really good stay.

Nearby to everything

You can walk to Main Street where all the shopping and entertainment is. Bus system has convenient stops very close so need of a cars is minimal since parking is difficult in the city. House is comfortable but could use some tlc and updating. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Close to Main Street life

If you’ve never been to Breck, the happening place for eating, shopping, drinking is on Main Street. This condo is perfect for walking to all of that so easily. It’s hard to find parking, so it’s nice to just walk to your destinations and this condo is perfect. There is also easy access to a lift and bus system, so you don’t really even need a car at all with this location. The condo itself is comfortable but could use a little updating and tlc but nothing horrible. It met our needs and was comfortable and clean.

Simple adjustments could make this a great stay.

I really enjoy the location and layout of this condo. There are good hiking trails located within a 10 minute walk. Downtown is just few steps away. Some of the best breweries and restaurants are an easy stroll down the road. We liked the secluded hot tubs on the property, and we also got access to more hot tubs across the street if they were ever full. I liked having a garage. But, this condo needs attention in some very important areas before this becomes a better review and a place I would suggest to others. I hope to return here and update this review accordingly as simple improvements would really elevate this stay. The pillows at this place are completely disgusting. The owner needs to replace every pillow, 100%, without question. I wish I could post pictures of these as they are all covered in a tie-dye of brown stains. What's worse, there are no extra pillow cases to even cover these stains with. There were two cases on two pillows on the bed, and we wound up using them to put couch pillows in there to sleep. Also in the bedroom, there are no nightstands or anything at all to put your phone on to charge overnight. You have to put it on the floor, or cram it in between the box springs and mattress. I wound up finding a log to put next to the bed to put my phone on. Fixing the pillows and nightstands alone would bring my review up one star. Both of these could be purchased cheaply. It would have been nice to have a headboard as well. Not necessary, but again, an affordable upgrade that would make a difference. Then there are the the maintenance items that are being ignored. One of the towel racks is broken and barely hanging on to the wall. I would have said the bathtub was really nice because this is a premium upgrade you do not often see in these types of rentals. But when we filled the tub and ran the jets on it, hundreds of pieces of dirt and filth and I can only imagine what else came shooting out of them. 100% gross, makes the tub unusable. The t-molding between the tile and plank flooring in the living room is cracked and needs glued down in several spots. The windows badly need to be cleaned, especially the sills and lock shelf. With these cleanliness issues, how could we possibly trust the couch blankets to be clean? I cannot imagine how long it has been since they have been washed. I couldn't even bring myself to look under the bedspread. I think these things could be cheaply improved and would make this property a quick 5-star review. The owner could make so much more money than the cost of these repairs by improving it. It would rent for more, it would have a lot more return renters, and these repairs will maintain the property for years to come. It really could be a really great locations. It really could be.

Great location, dirty conditions

So it started with the fact that when we arrived, we did not have the proper code to access the condo. We were forced to stand in the cold for an hour and a half after driving two hours to this location before we got access. Then over the course of our stay, we realized that the bathroom sink would not drain properly, The bedding was not washed, and there was a condom wrapper in the corner of the bedroom that had been there so long it had collected cobwebs. While the location of this condo was nice, and it could’ve been a great place, the poor management by Vacasa ruined it. I left a message with Vacasa and gave them an opportunity to make the situation right before I left this review on Vrbo, but they did not even respond.

Carpet was filthy.. Trash found under the end table. Stains on Couches. If it were better kept would love to give this property a 5 star rating. Loved the location and quietness of just a few steps from the bustling town. Otherwise, it was just perfect for us.

Breckenridge is beautiful.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Clean and quiet. It's easily within walking distance to town where you can eat, drink and shop. We would stay here again.

Nice place not far from the lifts.

This is a nicely appointed condo about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the quicksilver chair. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, and the grill was a nice addition as well. The bed was very comfortable, and the garden tub was particularly nice after a long day of skiing. I would advise keeping your ski equipment in the garage versus checking it at the main lodge due to the excessive wait times just before the lifts open. An added bonus is the fact that the fireplace does indeed work, despite being advertised as not working.

Comfortable and nice location

This was a very comfortable and nicely decorated condo. It had everything we needed. The location is just a couple of blocks south of Main Street so we could walk there very easily and had a nice breakfast at the Moose just a block away. There is a nice hot tub on the premises right outside the unit that is currently open. It is worth noting that the swimming pool and other hot tubs are offsite at a shared facility that is a few minutes walk away. They also were open and covid restrictions had ended. I would stay here again.

Nice and convenient

We loved the location as everything is walkable and close! Heated garage spot was perfect and getting in was a breeze. Place was comfortable and nicely decorated. The pillows on the bed are horrible and need to be updated. The fireplace was broken which was a huge disappointment for us. We also ran into an issue with Vacasa trying to schedule a contractor during our stay which they gave us 3 hours notice. Since we are still in the middle of a pandemic and we were on vacation trying to relax we found this to be in poor taste and incredibly inconsiderate. We had to exchange 4-5 calls with the staff to even get a time they would be coming which seems like an obviously question to ask. We don’t even know what they fixed as the fireplace was still broken. Overall stay was good the unit is really nice we just didn’t appreciate the annoyance of having someone come in during our stay. Should have been scheduled for a day the unit was empty.
