Enviably located on Main Street in downtown Breckenridge, this 1,400-square-foot condo at Main Street Junction is a delight for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and golfers alike.

This elegant space features all-new appliances, upgraded finishes, TVs in the living area and bedrooms, a private washer/dryer to toast your socks each evening, and a gas fireplace where you can gather to tell stories of the day's adventures. Walk home from the slopes in the afternoon to indulge in a soothing soak in the main bathroom's jetted tub, one of the two community hot tubs on-site, or the hot tubs at Main Street Station across the street.

Offering views of Baldy Mountain and the Tenmile Range, Main Street Junction is a one-of-a-kind property that provides all the comforts of home with the amenities of a full-service resort. You'll be just a few steps from two community hot tubs and across the road from additional amenities at Main Street Station, including an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, the Pioneer Club lounge, and a movie theater. The QuickSilver Super Chair at Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over a quarter-mile west, and the heart of Main Street - a hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment - is a quarter-mile up the road.

Decent property but poor property management

Property listed a fireplace but it didn’t work and Vacasa, the property manager, never responded to my request about it. Going to request a credit because we didn’t get to enjoy the amenity which was one of the reasons we picked the property. Vacasa also sent conflicting information about check out time. Will never rent from a Vacasa managed property again.

Nice condo close to town - beware of noise though

Loved the condo, a bit dated but good space for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable overall. The only downside is being right on south main/HW 9 heading out of town it was super noisy. Non stop cars trucks, motorcycles, emergency vehicles right next to the condo. Hard to enjoy the balcony with all the noise.

Great Location!! 5 Stars

Very convenient to the Free Ride bus stop. There are no Ubers in Breckenridge so having the shuttle to the slopes right outside was great!! Also, convenient to all the Main Street shops & restaurants. Only 2 blocks from all the action.

Great access to town

We had a great winter visit here. There's a bus stop right out front if you're using the free bus system to get around (it's only a couple of stops to the Beaver Run lift) or you could walk to town. It's very nice to have three full bathrooms. Kitchen and appliances were great and there are several family type games to play. We used one of the onsite jacuzzies, but we also walked to check out the pool (across and down the street a bit) and it was very impressive. We will definitely consider another stay here in the future.

it was a fine experience

we needed the wifi called front desk but didn’t correct the problem. never fixed it and no follow up. wished snow would have been cleared off deck. we had two gorgeous days! a few things could have been better. mst TV would not turn on. mst bath rm sink plunger would not wk . slow to drain. a couple of burnt out light bulbs. a lil musty. needed a lil counter cleaner.

Pretty sweet location

Condo is definitely getting worn but overall it was spacious, generally clean, and had a good location. Check in process by Vacasa was not the best. Was supposed to send you a link with door code to enter condo and it was never sent. Had to stop and check in at the main desk. They apologized and said their system was 'manual' and the young guy 'forgot'to do it that day. Once again they were apologetic and I got set up with the code in about 10 minutes. Just dissatisfied with having to deal with that after a long day of travel. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

Great Location

The apartment was very nice, had its own garage and was in a great location minutes from the main road and all the restaurants and shops. There was also a free downtown shuttle bus stop 50 yards away if you wanted to visit the other end of breckenridge.

Proximity + Amenities!

For those skiing, this location is ideal! It's just a short walk to Main St Station where you can valet your ski gear, get on/off the chair lift, pick/up drop off ski rentals, eat. The property has everything you need to spread out and feel like you own the home. All the necessary creature comforts. And one area no one raves about; water pressure and temperature! This is HUGE when you have been outside in the freezing cold and just want to be able to take a HOT shower. You are GTD this here! Can't say enough good things about this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great unit and location, but….,,

The unit is spacious and comfortable snd very well located at one end of Main st. However, the housekeeping was unsatisfactory. There was trash under the couch, there was trash in the garage, and the kitchen floor was filthy (sticky and visibly dirty). We also requested dishwasher detergent 3 times, but never received it (did not wash the dishes because of this). Again great property, but housekeeping was a big disappointment.

A little good, a little not so good.

First I want to start with the positives of this condo.... The LOCATION is fantastic! A couple blocks from downtown Breck, a couple blocks to Peak 9 - truly it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere with such ease. The condo community was lovely. Our downstairs neighbor said we sounded like we were stomping the entire time - and we do have young children and I honestly didn't feel like we were being loud.... just "normal" for a family with young kids. But it made me wonder about the floor/ceiling.... This particular condo was really nice, with large bedrooms and closets, laundry, and all the basic amenities you would want. It's also very cozy. Ok... the downsides, which I hate to be a complainer, but it was super annoying: The kitchen is not in great shape. The back burner on the stove top did not work. The dishwasher was completely jacked up. There was absolutely nothing in the way of spices, etc, so you literally have to purchase everything- even salt & pepper. I don't expect it to be like my kitchen at home, but a few basics is the norm for VRBOs. There were zero baking sheets. None of the tops fit the pots. There was only one dishtowel, which is not enough for a family of 6 for 4 nights. You get the point.... prepare to be thoroughly annoyed if you plan to do any meals here. On a way less annoying point, VRBOs that get amazing reviews have some basics like laundry detergent, etc. There was none of those things here. Also, the dryers lint trap was broken, so everytime we did a load of laundry, we heard massive clunking, or had to dig our socks out of the lint trap hole! It was also advertised that the hot tubs on site were available, and they were not, which was a bummer to discover when we got there (and after a day of snowboarding). So while this was a beautiful place right across the street from Breckenridge, and blocks from downtown, I hope that the hosts do a little more to make this place the gem that it has the potential to be!

Very disappointing - pipe burst, no heat, no apology or compensation

There was an issue with the boiler the first night - the heat didn't get above 60 degrees which was terrible to try to sleep through. The next day, while we were out, a pipe burst, causing a flood in the bathroom and bedroom, damaging some of our belongings. We then had to move places, which took about 6 hours and completely ruined our day. The place we were put in was significantly smaller which also put a damper on the trip. I still haven't received any sort of credit or compensation for this horrible place.

This place was perfectly laid out with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It was a perfect 2 minute walk to the ski chalet provided and the lift line. So easy, warm and inviting!

Great location and space

Great space for a family of four to spend a week and have enough space to spread out. Also great location to walk to everything in downtown Breck within minutes. Also very private as the doorway is shared by only 3 units, which was key during the pandemic. Only downside is that the pool is at the other location, albeit very close.
