A un élégant et pourtant confortable condo 1 chambre à coucher disponible avec un décor tropical, une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon / salle à manger et une grande piscine chauffée. A 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Miami, du centre-ville de Miami, de South Beach et de l'historique Coconut Grove. Endroit idéal pour échapper au froid hivernal et passer une semaine ou des mois fabuleux à l’ombre d’un paradis insulaire. Notre île tropicale Le village de Key Biscayne est situé entre deux parcs d'État de l'océan Atlantique.(Cape Florida et Crandon Park) (ces deux parcs possèdent des kilomètres de plages de sable blanc, des aires de pique-nique et de barbecue, des pistes cyclables et des quais de pêche. Idéal pour l'observation des oiseaux au sein d'une forêt tropicale naturelle. eau. Sunsets sur la baie sont un must. Nature à gogo! Au milieu de notre village il ya un 9 hectares Village Green Park avec la marche / chemin de jogging, des terrains de jeux et aire de jeux enfants. Nous avons aussi un état du centre communautaire de l'art avec le meilleur équipement d'exercice disponibles également une taille piscine olympique chauffée et presque toutes sortes de différentes classes de danse, aérobic etc. Quatre blocs promenade facile ou à vélo à l'océan Atlantique. Beaucoup de marches de stationnement réservées de votre condo / maison de jardin. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. Property is a great location. Lots of tasty restaurants and near the beaches. Many activities around this area to keep a person busy. Nice clean pool. Owner, Ginny, was fabulous and very accommodating. Very nice! We will definitely come back.

The property was a good value for the price and walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and an amazing park. My wife and I had a great time with our 3yo daughter.

Great trip

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the place. Tons of stuff within walking distance and the state park beach we went to was not crowded at all and beautiful. Using the oven/stove made it a bit hot and the fire alarm went off so we had to air it out. Overall great .trip!

Great location and great host!

I came to attend a wedding and a little vacation. Once I parked I was able to walk almost everywhere. I felt nestled into this lovely community while here. Families around all the time as I was staying around the corner from the large community park. Loved it!

Great spot

Perfect location! Can walk to anything you need. It was beyond hot when we were there and the air conditioning did it’s job!! Cooking in the kitchen was a little tough due to the heat but the Winn Dixie down the street had amazing to go meals! Never actually used the pool but it was clean and in good Shape. The owner Ginny was great to deal with and respect of our privacy. Would rent there again!

Best Place in Key Biscayne

Nice, clean little place, close to everything. Even a pool in the back we had to ourselves. Walk to the beaches, KB even has a FREE shuttle that will take you around! Nice little patio if you want to eat outside, your own parking spot, what more do you want?

Cozy Quaint and Just Right

Stayed at Ginny’s for four nights. From our delayed arrival through our early morning departure Ginny was a great host. Always available and accommodating. The island is beautiful and very relaxing. Not the place to go for a crazy time. Laid back, great restaurants and the two state parks are really nice #10 is just like is looks. Small, eclectic, comfortable and perfect for two people. Very homey, clean but older. We said we felt like we were visiting a favorite Auntie’s house. Great location, you can walk to almost anything you would want to do. Patio and pool are extras that are great surprises. We’ll come again for sure .

Great place to stay!

Ginny is wonderful. Everything you need is here, it’s close to the beach and the village green, felt very homey and safe, roomier than the pictures and the patio is super nice. Loved it, will return!

Ginny Vals Key Biscayne Property Is The Best

It is not fancy but it has all that you would need. One bedroom, one bathroom, a cute kitchen, nice living area/dinette and private patio. Heated pool was close to a hot tub and location was close to everything (food places & beach). Highly recommend!

Biscayne Bay Hideaway

Great location next to the center of town which has a park and two doggie play areas. A great place to have a walk too. Loved the pool for cooling down afterwards. Even if you have a small boat, bring it, the waters are very protected and the marina is not very far away. Ginny was great to work with right next door.

I am coming back to this amazing place!

I had a wonderful vacation staying at Ocean Breeze, as always. This is the place were I am coming back to every time I am visiting beautiful Key Biscayne. I am from Norway, and from the first moment and my first stay here in 2012, I loved this place. The apartment is very clean and you have everything you need there. There is plenty of towels & blankets, and I really enjoy the kitchen with microwave, great own for cooking, a toaster and a perfect fridge & freezer. The living room is very nice, and I really enjoy to have a TV, books etc.The place also has laundry facilities and free parking close by. This place is located in a very quiet area, and I sleep very good in a much comfortable bed. Ginny, the owner is always there if I have questions before my stay, and if I need anything and have questions during my stay. Ginny is very service minded, very quick to respond, and she is making sure you are well taken care of as her guest. She is a very warm hearted person, and she always makes me feel at home. I love the private heated swimming pool, and the short distance to the beach, restaurants, parks and shops. I can highly recommend this place, and I am looking much forward to my next vacation at Ocean Breeze!

Peaceful stay in Key Biscayne!

Enjoyed 5 days in lovely Key Biscayne, a perfect little island sandwiched between two very nice state parks. We were very grateful for Ginny's help and care during the reservation process and during our stay! Loved the heated pool and the laid back feel of the condo. The park next door is also really nice. We loved watching the dogs enjoy the dog park :)

Perfect spot on Key Biscayne!

Cozy condo--near everything Key Biscayne has to offer. Condo is nicely decorated & clean & has everything you will need for your stay. Terrific heated pool & nice secluded outdoor patio. Hostess provided sheets and towels, chairs & umbrella for the beach. Short walk to beach, many great restaurants nearby & a playground/ park nearby for kids of all ages. In a word--PERFECT!!

Excellent Getaway

We found Ocean Breeze was great choice for our Key Biscayne getaway between Christmas and New Years. The owner, Ginny Valls, was super-responsive throughout the booking process and helped us get oriented once we arrived. The property is exactly as it's described and shown in the pictures and it's location is ideal for enjoying all of Key Biscayne. The condo is adjacent to the Village Green park, the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away, and dining and bike rentals are right next door. We will definitely return on our next trip to Key Biscayne.

Beautiful, Clean, and Quiet

Key Biscayne is a little piece of paradise. Sandwiched between two state parks with beautiful beaches, walking/bike trails, etc. The city offers great restaurants, boutique shops, and every convenience you could possible want. Close to Miami and South Beach, but not as crazy or touristy. Offers a quiet haven to relax without all the hustle and bustle. Ocean Breeze is the perfect place to stay while in Key Biscayne. It is centrally located and within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Offers a heated private pool, wifi, laundry facilities and free close parking. Our condo had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and cable TV. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and most of all a quiet and peaceful. Ginny was absolutely wonderful and offered lots of advice on what to do in the area. She made us feel so welcome and like family. If you are coming to Key Biscayne this is the place you want to stay. We will return!!!

Excelente lugar!

Era nuestra primera visita a Key Biscayne y la experiencia fue excelente! Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos durante 7 noches en este condo y el lugar se ajusto perfectamente a nuestras necesidades. Desde el comienzo nuestro plan fue alojarnos en un lugar que quedara cerca del Tennis Center en Cradon Park, teniamos tickets para las cuatro ultimas jornadas del Miami Open y no queriamos perder tiempo estacionanado el automovil cada dia del torneo ... y lo conseguimos! El lugar de Ginny queda a unos 20 minutos de caminata al Tennis Center, por lo tanto no pudimos encontrar un lugar mejor! El condo tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar durante una semana y mas, tiene una excelente piscina, estacionamiento casi junto a la puerta del departamento, toallas para el baño y para la playa, uno solo debe preocuparse de comprar las cosas basicas para el baño y la cocina. También cuenta con una excelente conexión a internet! Ademas desde el condo puedes caminar al banco, las tiendas, restaurantes, la iglesia, el parque y por supuesto la playa!!! Ginny fue siempre muy amable y dispuesta a responder todas nuestras dudas! Key Biscayne es un lugar maravilloso, recomendado para familias con niños o para quienes buscan un lugar sin mucho bullicio! Lo disfrutamos al maximo y gran parte de ese resultado se debio a nuestra eleccion de alojamiento! Recomendamos 100% este lugar!!!
