This is a must stay. Location is prime, comfortable space, walking distance to pristine beaches, restaurants and grocery store. If you are in the Miami beach area or want to check out Key Biscayne, this is your spot.

Nice apartment

Nice clean apartment close to the beach. Quiet street, a few blocks to private beach. Down the street from store and restaurants.

Lovely place

The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The check in and check out processes were super simple, parking lot space is provided. Lovely place to spend a vacation and not to worry about anything. Thanks Raul!

Key Biscayne perfect stay!

The apartment is located so close to the beach and to restaurants & the grocery store in town. Kitchen was fully stocked, had everything we needed. The pool was clean and water was warm. The owner was delightful to deal with, he fixed a minor problem that occurred with an appliance immediately. He was great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!!!

Location is great, close to beach, grocery and The Ritz Tennis. Price is reasonable, Mr? Blanco is very accomodating and gracious. The property is very well maintained. Overall a very good experience.

Comfortable and relaxing stay steps from the beach

Raul's Key Biscayne apartment provided for a relaxing week at the beach. It is about a five minute walk to the sand. The grocery store is an easy 10 minute walk. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and enjoy meals while staying in. Raul was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Two months on an island

The property is located on a pleasant street on beautiful Key Biscayne. The beach is about a five minute walk. The apartment is small but charming and the VRBO description was accurate. Our host, Raul Blanco, was excellent and responsive.

Perfect location -relaxing, quiet stay!

We recently had a ten day stay here and found everything just as promised. I am a light sleeper, and found the apartment to be very quiet, with no sound transfer from other units. The location was excellent .....literally one minute walk to the beach! The neighbourhood seemed friendly and very safe for walking. Raul was very kind, responsive and available to answer our questions. We will certainly stay here again. Thanks, Raul!

Delightful, immaculate, well-equipped condo exceeded our expectations.

We spent eighteen days in this paradise. Soft breeze, no bugs, quiet, upscale neighborhood, a short, short walk to one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The ocean was clear as a bell and the water was several beautiful shades of blue and green. Shopping and restaurants were super convenient and Miami and the fabulous Sea Aqaurium were less thatn a half an hour away. Our gracious host greeted us with coffee, pastries, fresh fruit and cookies.

Key Biscayne shines

Governors Lodge is the most convenient VRBO That I have stayed in . Short walk to everything . Close to Miami without traffic . No need to get on interstate roads as Brickell street for bayside and downtown . Miami Ave for Coconut grove and Coral gables . Apartment nice appliances and washer dryer . Pool is clean and works if beach is too windy . No hot tub here . Enjoyed my stay .

Communication with host excellent. I arrived late and he left coffee, fruit and food for me. Greatly appreciated. Very comfortable with plenty of space for family of 3. Bathroom is a little dated but clean condo with all we needed. Plenty of towels. Sat on deck each morning for breakfast. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Nice pool. I would rent again for sure.

Great location

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in January. The location is terrific - a block from the beach. The building is well maintained. The apartment itself could use a bit of updating. In particular, the blinds in the apartment are all vertical slats. On the days when the temperature was pleasant and we didn't require air conditioning, we couldn't open the windows in the bedroom without the vertical blinds clanging in the wind. But on the whole, we spent a comfortable 2 weeks in Raul's apartment.

This nice apartament is a as described, well maintained, clean and the location is withing walking distance of everything you might need, from groceries stores, restaurants, parks, beaches etc. But the best impression when you enter the property is the quality of the owner as a person. I for instance arrived very late at night with my family, after a long trip, everything was closed. I found the necessary groceries to statisfy immediate needs such as cereal, milk, fruits, orange juice etc. This detail, make you smile and set you up to start enjoying your vacation or whatever you are planning to do. Everything is in order, Wifi connection, complete kitchen, furniture etc. The owner calls you the next day gives you a visit, tells you about Key Biscayne, and is available for whatever you might need you, to make your stay the best possible. I will definitely rent again.

As promised and more!

Raul greeted us upon arrival to point out all the amenities his top-floor, corner unit had to offer. We’ve stayed in other units in this building and continue to return because it is such a quite neighborhood and a great location. We hope to return very soon!

It was a perfect apt for myself and 3 kids. All Rooms were clean. Bed sheets clean. Felt safe. Simple decor. Had enough space to put bags etc. Detailed book at door to explain how everything worked. Only thing was toaster did not work. But owner called and was going to come fix it but I told him we were not even using it so do not worry. I would stay there again.
