Welcome to the Secluded Family Resort. Step into this beautiful, lakefront home, located on the 2 mile marker at McCoy Cove at the Lake of the Ozarks. The property hosts seven spacious bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, great storage and room to spread out. This home features a huge kitchen with lots of seating at the breakfast bar, the kitchen island and the dining room table that seats 8.
There is one master lakeside suite, one regular master suite, another guest room on the main level and four guest rooms on the bottom level with a walk-out basement to the private in-ground heated pool, which is 82 degrees. There is a $15.00 fee per day for each additional 2 degrees. Pool and Spa is open and heated from May 15 -Sept 15. Pool and Spa are closed September 16 to May 14. The pool side features a bar with refrigerator, a grill, picnic table, and lawn chairs. ( Bring your own Pool and Beach Towels)
There is also a laundry room available with a washer and dryer.

The Lake side features a spacious, private sand beach with fire-pit as well as kayaks. No life jackets are provided, so please bring your own.
Or walk if you want some exercise.
The dock has two wells, wave runner spaces, and space for jet skis. The dock has 2 slips, one is 11'x28' and the other is 10' x 20'. The water is 6' to 8ft deep in the slips.
You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis, or there are places where you can rent a boat or jet ski nearby.

There is lots of room to run and explore on this 4+ acres as well as for parking for various cars and trailers. The home is ADA Approved with wheelchair accessible to most areas and is made available to families, couples and mature travelers.

The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, shopping areas, attractions, and hospital.
