This beautiful, upscale 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located in the quiet, family-friendly Tidelands subdivision. Enjoy the View has everything your family needs for that memorable vacation. The beach is less than a minute away either on foot, golf cart or vehicle.

The gorgeous open concept great room is perfect for entertaining. The living room has a built in bar with beverage refrigerators. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation (including a regular drip coffee pot), and the large dining table has room for everyone! For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet is available.

With over 2300 square feet, Enjoy the View comfortably sleeps 13. The primary suite is located upstairs and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private deck. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the main floor - the second bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, with a full size trundle, and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds.

Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers a Tiki bar where you can relax with your family and friends. You'll also find a fish cleaning station and a charcoal grill; and you will love the outdoor shower after a day in the sand and sun.

Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The house was absolutely beautiful. Waking up and watching the sun rise on the second balcony was breathtaking! The host was easy to contact with any questions and quick with a response!

Someone from Swedes came by after storm to check on us and cabin. They sent a lawn person to clean up storm debris under cabin.

Nice house but with disappointments

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The "Enjoy the View" home is undoubtedly pretty and was a fairly expensive stay for us. Based on the pics and description, we agreed we wanted to rent it! The trundle bed in the smallest room is not a full bed but twin. One of 2 small fridges in the living room was not working, there were no trash bags other than the bags in the trashcans when we arrived, two huge bags of dirty linens were left from prev. guests on the deck our entire stay and the fire alarm chirped every few minutes for our entire stay despite us calling Swedes to come remedy it soon after we checked in on our arrival date. Our stay was for 3 nights. Lastly, the front door did not lock with any of the keys we were provided by Swedes either.

Lots of potential, but fell short!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has tons of potential. The location and view is great. If the owners would invest $500 it would be spectacular. Unfortunately the small things really hurt. Kitchen is not “stocked with everything you would need”. There were 6 forks, minimum pans and the grill is small and a dirty mess. Don’t say this place sleeps 13 if only 6 can eat. Go to IKEA, buy some silverware, plates and pans...and buy a Weber grill. Now for the real problem. The description says there is wireless internet. This is technically true. I tested the speed on 3 different sights, never got above 500Kbs... that is Kilo, not Mega. OK, so I understand that internet on Bolivar is slow, but they also chose streaming TV. This means that I got the error messages the whole weekend, “Live TV requires a network connection”. If only there was a worldwide constellation of satellites that could beam TV directly to your house anywhere (invest in Dish) This was more frustrating because weather wasn’t great so we were inside more than we would have liked. Tried to get some work done also, but couldn’t even download email attachments. If internet is critical (i.e. working vacation) bring your own hotspot. Finally we reserved linens for an additional fee. Not sure why lines are not included in the use of the beds. We received a call 12 hours prior and were told to bring our own linens... be prepared for that one. The location, view and beautiful house helps make up for a lot of problems here. Just frustrating at $500+ a night to deal with so many small issues.

Family beach trip

I would say that overall the house is great. Only minor problems during our stay. All the remotes needed batteries replaced. The ice maker is broken and we were told after we checked in so we had to buy ice the whole trip. The property is pet friendly but the grass hasn’t been mowed in so long there are stickers in the grass that got on the dog. And lastly, the dish washer has a mildew smell to it. These are all things that could be easily fixed and should be.
