Lucky Enough is the ideal place for your private gulf-front beach vacation! Located on the west end of the top floor of Grand Playa, an eight unit, four story condominium, in Seagrove Beach, this unit features stunning sunset views and overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,000 square foot unit was professionally designed.

The renovated kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances. A built in wine cooler was also installed so guests can chill their beverages or favorite bottle of wine. All 3 bathrooms were remodeled in 2020 to include new custom cabinetry, fixtures, tile showers, and quartzite countertops. Be sure to check out all the photos to see the renovations!

When you're ready for a day of exploring, be sure to check out some of Seagrove's most popular shops, restaurants and several hiking trails within walking distance of Grand Playa. Situated only 1 mile from Grand Playa is the historic community of Seaside, FL. With numerous restaurants, outdoor entertainment, live concerts, farmers markets, and street art galleries, everyone is sure to be entertained.

When you're ready to explore more of Scenic 30-A, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a short bicycle or golf cart ride away from Grand Playa.

Then, after a long day enjoying the beaches or exploring Scenic 30-A, come back and relax at the private beachside pool. Located on the ground level, adjacent to the beach, it is a terrific place to relax and enjoy the ambience of gulf-front living.

* Vehicle Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted

Very nice and wonderful place to stay. Right in the heart of Seagrove. Plenty of room for all of us. The only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be a little more stocked. And for the property manager to leave a dish towel and hand towel for the kitchen.

We could not have asked for a better condo on 30A. Small complex (only 8 units); right on beach; a little over a mile to Seaside and Watercolor Publix. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen for a vacation rental. It has everything you could possibly want. Management company very friendly and good to work with. We definitely will be coming back!

Great Getaway

Beautifully decorated and well equipped kitchen. Great view of sunset! Temperatures prevented us from using the pool, but it was clean with plenty of seating. We always had plenty of space on the beach right in front of the condo. We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay!

Fantastic!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close to so much but wasn’t located in the busy areas of 30A which was so nice. Condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The views throughout were great and you felt like you were on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. I would stay again in a heartbeat and couldn’t think of a negative.

This condo is fabulous! With only eight units in the whole building, we never had to wait on the elevator and had the pool practically to ourselves. Being on the top floor (fourth) and the western side made for fantastic views at sunset! The kitchen is well-stocked, although a non-stick skillet would have been helpful. The twin beds were very soft but turning the mattresses over helped which put the soft pillow top at the bottom. Everything was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Highly recommend this unit!

Absolutely gorgeous condo with an amazing view!

From the time I booked the condo to the time we checked out, everything was perfect! Joey was great to work with too. He was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The condo is absolutely perfect! The attention to detail is unbelievable. My college kids absolutely loved the place. It was decorated beautifully!!! The view is my favorite part of this condo. You can sit on the large balcony and listen to the waves for hours. All the beds are very comfortable. Bedding is great! The kitchen as well stocked! This place is a 10+ We will be back! Sandy N.

Even then we could have imagined.

I hesitate to write a review because this place it truly a gem. The unit itself was very clean and even more beautiful than pictured. Tons of windows provided more natural light which made the sunsets fantastic. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and made for entertaining/relaxing with family or friends. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all fantastic. Comfortable, clean, spacious. My only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that we did wish there was a warmer blanket in the master. Other than that, this place is fantastic. The location is great, you aren't in the middle of all the high rises or so close to Sea Grove that the traffic is horrible. There are a bunch of restaurants either direction and the beach was beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We will be back!

As good as it seems

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know what to say about this unit other than it's close to perfect. The condition of the unit is top notch, and it's as good as it looks. The kitchen even had a built-in ice maker which we loved. The building is awesome too as there are only 8 units, so the pool and beach were never very crowded. The covered parking is nice as well. The building is close to Publix and only a mile and a half from Seaside, Fl. Only suggestion would be to move the wifi to a more central location in the unit - we had a little difficulty getting a signal in the living room and primary bedroom. It didn't bother us or take away from our enjoyment all, but someone looking for a working vacation and needed an internet connection might find it a little difficult. We plan on coming back in the future and hope to stay in this unit again.

Fabulous property in a great location. The only negative was one loose toilet seat and a shower door that was off the tracks. Everything other amenity was fabulous. Only 4 of the 8 units in Grand Playa rent out which made for a very nice peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely amazing

This rental was absolutely amazing. This was our first vacation with our 18 month year old and it couldn’t have been better. The view from the condo was perfect and the covered patio was one of our favorite spots to hang out. It was great to be able to watch the ocean while our little one was napping. It also made it super convenient going to the beach since it was literally right out front. As you can imagine with a small toddler there is A LOT of stuff you have to bring, being so close allowed me not to stress if we forgot something. The condo was very kid friendly and one of the cleanest places we have stayed. You are also super close to seaside and watercolor if you want to venture out to lunch/ activities but far enough away that you aren’t dealing with a super crowded beach. If you are on the fence just book this place, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful family vacation

We had the most wonderful family vacation and felt so comfortable the entire time. The large balcony was maybe my favorite part - what a beautiful view! All of the rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking the majority of our meals, rather than going out. The easy beach access was great, too! It was crucial to be able to go to and from the beach quickly with a one-year-old. We hope to stay here again for our next family beach trip and absolutely recommend this property!
