The home offers seamless indoor/outdoor living with accordion Cantina doors that open from the interior kitchen , with stunning ocean views from both the backyard and inside the house.

The interior is fully remodeled complete with hand-made, artisanal Spanish and Moroccan tile. The master suite features a steam shower and sauna, fireplace, and sweeping ocean views. The three guest suites include a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two queen guest rooms that share a third full bath upstairs. The main level includes two separate living and dining areas, a large private office, laundry room and large chef’s kitchen. Downstairs includes a full screen movie room which, including an attached full bathroom with standup shower. This house is perfect for entertaining and family get-togethers. Cardiff by the Sea, a charming location for everyone, is one of the best surf spots in the area. Whether you enjoy surfing or have never gone, Cardiff beaches are the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. There are a few popular locations in Cardiff, including Swami`s and the Cardiff Reef. Similarly, you can take in the downtown area and Famous Cardiff Seaside Market, where you have to try their well-known Cardiff Crack. All these locations are minutes away from your vacation rental!

A 3-car garage and driveway parking are available on the property. Street parking is very simple to come by. The property is close enough to everything whether you walk or drive. Biking is also a wonderful way to move around and take in the stunning surroundings.

There is a daily fee to heat the pool of $200. If guests want to heat for multiple days we can arrange a discounted rate.

We love animals and they are always welcome. Please note we do require a non-refundable pet deposit of $500 for 1st pet and $200 for each additional. We kindly ask that animals are not allowed on any of our furniture.

We have eero boxes throughout the property, offering an advanced WIFI service for our guests to enjoy.

Pool heating fee of $250 per day. If guests want to heat for multiple days we can arrange a discounted rate.

Pet fee of $500 for 1st pet, any additional pets are $200 each.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM – 9AM EVERY DAY/NIGHT. AFTER 10PM, NOISE NEEDS TO BE UNDER 40 dB, which is library quiet.

You will be fined $1,000 if we receive a citation from our city or if the
cops are called.
