Stunning Ocean and Islands View from this beach front one-bedroom apartment!!!

Your own private bottom unit of ocean front beach house duplex right on the sand. Your own private space and private Separate entrance! There is no shared entrances; it is only your private beachfront apartment. One bedroom, one bathroom. Living area with sofa couch. Kitchen table and kitchenette. 50" TV and a library of DVD's and free WIFI. Back door opens directly to the sand. Ocean Views from bedroom and living room.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Spacious large 750 square foot apartment with bedroom, living area, kitchenette. Also included game room. Step out to the beach & ocean right off the living room.

Heating is by the way of a portable electric radiator heater and gas flame fireplace.

*On the beach deck Hot Tub is not part of the rental!
*It is suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 additional children.
*We do not rent the house for events, Fraternity Party, Bachelor Party, or Beach Wedding/Wedding Reception.
The property is located between two significant harbors. If you rent this property which is at /or near the beach and harbors maintenance of these harbors and beaches occurs at times.*2 cars easily can park tandem in the driveway.
*NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT

Perfect Spot for Peace

Came to area to be close to beach and access to LA and surrounding area. Proved to be an outstanding community, quiet neighborhood, step on to the beach from back door. I could have just stayed there all day with surfer watching and friendly neighbors walking dogs. Walked neighborhood, great My Little Free library a few houses down, and outstanding taco shack less than mile away. Also got to visit the sea lions just down the road. This is a spot for quiet relaxation no matter the late 70’s deco.

Relaxing stay at the beach, just not what we expected.

The place is cozy and has a nice gas fireplace and large tv screen. It was a bumpy start when our dates were changed a week prior without our approval nor the ability to make the change eafter we had paid in full. This created a day of anxiety, searching last minute for a new place and many calls to VRBO. Happily, they changed it back. Knowing the following will help you enjoy this little place. It's rather dark in winter (not at all like the photos which had doors open that were locked, window treatments removed, etc.) but probably nice in summer; not a lot of instructions for entertainment area (issues getting DVD to play); bed slopes to the center (couch was comfy); not a useable kitchen for cooking much (the kitchenette was a hot plate, toaster oven, and mini fridge in a nearby closet). My original search was for a place with a hot tub and a kitchen: this one came up and both were listed within the amenity description. Confusion could be alleviated by just removing tub from the amenity list. I could have saved myself some frustration by ignoring the description and reviewing the photos when packing. The view listed as "stunning" was of sand for the most part. You need to walk up the sand slope to enjoy the ocean. All and all, we had a fine time but not without issues due primarily to the description and communication. The price is right! The best we found for this area. The description just didn't match up.

Everything was just as advertised! It was a fantastic little place right on the beach. Perfect spot for my wife and myself to spend the night as we traveled up the coast.

Great Beach Getaway

A great beach getaway. Seven steps from the back door and your toes are in the sand. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fairly adequately equipped. There are games and beach toys and while there are a dozen or so matching coffee mugs, there was only one drinking glass. I would stay here again.

Best escape yet!

This is the best rental I have ever stayed at. You walk out the back door, and you are at the beach. The owner allows you to use whatever beach toys you want in the garage. The shower is amazing. There is a bed, and a futon in the living room. Bother very comfortable. There is a small bar down the street. It’s a 5 minute walk. There is a corner store on the other side that has everything you need. You don’t even need to leave the neighborhood if you’re just here for the beach! Aleyna is the one that checks you in and gives you the keys. She is super sweet, and always by the phone. Thank y’all so much!!

I was raised on Silver Strand Beach and an avid surfer there. I have traveled the world and found that Silver Strand Beach is by far the greatest place on the planet to be for many aspects.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The best part of this house is the views of the beach from the deck as well as being on the wonderfully uncrowded Silverstrand Beach. This house is in the middle of the beach so it is like a private beach just for you. We have outdoor furniture for resting outside, listening to the waves and breathing the ocean air.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Centrally located between Malibu and Montecito, Santa Barbara with beautiful sandy uncrowded beaches, great restaurants and shopping to see all along the coast. The ultimate West Coast beach experience. Great year round weather.
