The place was in a great location and the apartment was nice & clean but needed to have some kind of an instructions on how to use things. There is a washer dryer combo thatâs in the apartment that I put all white clothes in that came out brown. I never used a washer dryer combo before and there was no instructions and everything, of course, was in Spanish. Most places leave a communication notebook telling you how to get onto TV (no English Channels) how to run certain items what to do with your trash they had none of this. Then to top it off, they were experiencing some kind of problem with the main lobby entrance door where it would stick and you couldnât get in and we couldnât get out one day. The day of our arrival I called because we were outside the door for 45 minutes using the proper code, but could not get anybody at Sweet Inn to help us. It was 4:00, check in time. We spent an hour out in the street on my birthday, me crying, Night not being able to get in until one of the residents came down and opened the door and we finally gained entrance. The code worked fine at the apartment door. It wasnât just us. There were other guests staying there that had the same problem with the door and then after my complaint signs popped up saying there was a problem with the door sticking. It was more than that. It was the mechanism was jamming. They did fix it after two or three days. Not cool. We wouldnât have been able to get out in a fire! Sweet inn needs better contact.
Apartment was excellent (though a couple of items not functioning well as incorrectly installed).
Getting in the first time was not easy as instructions were unclear but fine after that. Sadly the visitors in flat above were extremely noisy so we had several poor nights sleep. A real shame as the apartment was great for us.

Great location, tricky prices and inconveniences
The apartment was great and the location was perfect. Although, we frequently ran out of hot water. The wifi cut off randomly, which was inconvenient for me as a remote worker. They were fairly quick in responding back but not in providing results. The biggest concern I have with VRBO is that I was shown one price, but my credit card was charged a higher price. The customer support team has yet to help me.
