Welcome to Peoria Pool House, There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months for heat) and a second play pool with a water fountain that is not heated. There is a small lazy river for the littles.
Events are allowed with extra charges and a refundable deposit for grounds cleaning specifically for parties. City of Peoria noise ordinancerequires quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.. All events must be pre approved.
This home is 5,000 sf with 5 bedrooms, 3 King bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms all with temperpedic matresses and smart TVs. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms plus there is a guest powder bath. The three king rooms have their own exit doors making it perfect for guests to come and go without disturbing their housemates. 2 car garage and laundry room are included.
Music and lights are run with Savant system. Stream Sirius and Pandora music throughout the property. Smart TV in both living rooms and one in each bedroom.
There is a 10 person limit but four extra guests could sleep on couches. This is the perfect place for families to hang out and relax.
Yard games are croquet, badminton and cornhole and a large grass yard where football can be played. Various board games are available.
I have many exterior cameras, not all work, some are left over from prior installs. I do not monitor these cameras unless a neighbor has a complaint.
Located in a quiet neighborhood of one acre parcels called Longhorn Ranch located 3 miles from Arrowhead mall, Peoria 83 dining choices and 2 miles from Peoria Sports Complex. 15 minutes to Desert Diamond Casino, Westgate shopping experience, State Farm Stadium. 30 mins to Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. 30 mins to Sky Harbor Airport. 25 mins to Wildlife Safari Zoo and Surprise Baseball Stadium.

Incredible Dream Home

Tina made our son’s Wedding Weekend amazing. We needed a home flexible for 6 adults and an infant. This home did not disappoint. Everything is available for your stay. The decor is tasteful and beautiful. From the moment we entered the home, we felt like “HOME”. Tina helped us with the Rehearsal dinner questions and everything was perfect.We will absolutely stay here again. God Bless you Tina!!!

perfect house for extended family

Loved this property for a large group. there is plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen has every pot, pan and kitchen item you could want. Plenty of pool towels and fun games for inside and out. It is close to a grocery store, coffee shops and Target plus a variety of restaurants. we had a 1 year old with us so was happy to learn there was a high chair and a pack and play.

Hidden Peoria Paradise

This was our 3rd stay at this home and this home in Arizona was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.The backyard was a dream—a gorgeous pool, comfortable lounge areas, and stunning views made it the perfect place to unwind. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Spring Training games!The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Arizona!

My wife and I got Married here and it was amazing. The host is amazing and extremely accomidating, kind, and helpful. The house was incredible and the backyard was insane. It was even better than the pictures. They had a heated pool that worked great. It had more than enough space for a wedding of 50 people. My wife and I both had plenty of space to hangout and get ready with friends before the ceremony. Great experience. Best VRBO ever.

Fantastic Stay!!

This is probably the best VRBO experience we have had to date! The home is exactly as pictured and the host (Tina) goes above and beyond!! We hosted an after wedding gathering and the house size and amenities (pool, yard etc.) were ideal for it! The home is well taken care of and has everything you need! We will definitely consider this home again in the future!

Great stay!

It is a very comfortable house and outdoor area. It is as it appears on the website. The host is very gracious and the house has very nice amenities. This is the second time we have rented it and we are not disappointed! Really appreciate the solid fenced yard and green grass for our grandchildren.

Perfect place for spring training

The house was awesome. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out which was nice for nap time with our infants. The pools were great especially the heated pool since the weather wasn’t ideal. Tina was great and she helped us with whatever we needed. We had a great time and will book this house again.

My whole family (9 of us) came to Phoenix for a memorial service, so we needed plenty of space and a relaxing environment. This place was perfect. Spacious, fully stocked with stuff we didn’t even know we needed, clean; we loved every minute of our stay. Tina was an amazing host, responding to any question within minutes. I would love to stay here again…and again…and again.

Spring Training 2024

My husband and I, along with our siblings and their spouses stayed at Tina's place during the last week of Spring Training. This house is quite nice, very large and spacious, a great kitchen for cooking and entertaining, has a fabulous back yard with 2 pools, and speaker system throughout the inside and outside. Tina is a great host. Keeps in touch all the time. She went totally out of her way to get us into this house after our first rental fell through. I recommend this home very highly.

Amazing house

We stayed here over Super Bowl weekend. The house is simply beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. This was a perfect location, only 15 minutes to the stadium, and close to many restaurants and shops. While it was a bit chilly the weekend we were there, we were still able to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and pools. The host, Tina, was great. Always available and quickly got back to me with any questions.

Thanksgiving Family get together

The house was spotless and the layout was excellent. Loved the large kitchen for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. It was surprisingly well stocked. Pools and backyard space is beautiful. There's some road noise, but the waterfall can drown that out. If the waterfall pool was heated it would have been perfect, but it did not keep our crew from the occasional polar plunge!

Amazing Home

Amazing from the start. Tina, the owner was always available from beginning to end. The home was better than the pictures reflected. The weather was extremely warm but with the two pools and the large house, we had plenty to enjoy. We had two families but definitely could have had another family with plenty of room. Highly recommend the home. The home had everything you needed. Thx again Tina!!!

What a great stay!

The main focus of our family vacation (of 7 people) were the pools – the diving pool and play pool – and they did NOT disappoint! The 1 acre lot feels like being in a private resort as it had everything we needed – sun chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, huge grassy area to play catch, and was the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the Arizona sunshine! Also the home was exactly what we were looking for; clean, with 5 bedrooms, full kitchen with every gadget needed for cooking, and 2 living rooms with televisions so we could keep track of all football and hockey games. 😊 Tina was a great house manager who answered our questions within minutes, and when the airline continuously changed our return flight, she was gracious to let us stay much later than anticipated. We will definitely stay here again in the future!! Thank you!

An Oasis in the desert!

This home is immaculate and beautiful! Even prettier in real life! (And I have very high standards when I book a home). Everything you need is there. The pools are wonderful and the backyard inviting. Music throughout-or, whichever space you desire as you control the music. All bedrooms but one have their own bathroom. The kitchen is gorgeous and well designed. There is room to spread out and find your own quiet nook; or gather all together; whichever your mood! We stayed three nights and never once left, except to attend the wedding we came for. Very relaxing , yet elegant. *And check -in was seamless, very accommodating hosts.

AMAZING!!

We loved this property so much! It is beautiful and the perfect place for everyone to have room to spread out and have their own space. We were just a small group—6 adults and 2 teenagers—but there was ample space for far more! They’ve truly thought of everything at this property and then some. The comfortable beds, availability of coffee and other essentials, and multiple sitting areas and all the TVs(!!!) were all such lovely features. Even though it sounds cliché, we truly felt that it was a home away from home. Tina, the property manager is so kind and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She even found a pair of earrings I left after we checked out immediately made arrangements to ship them to me. Staying at Longhorn Ranch in the Peoria Pool House was the highlight of our 2022! We’re trying to decide when we’re going back—as we all agreed we want to stay there again! Thank you, Tina, for an awesome experience!

This place is paradise!

This place is paradise! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and it was just as magical this time as it was the first time. The house is laid out beautifully. We were traveling with several families, and everyone has their own space. Sometimes it feels like no one else is even there! The bedrooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. The common areas are perfect too being open and very roomy. The kitchen is open to the family room, so you can cook and continue to socialize and not feel left out. The house is well stocked with all the thing you need to make your stay enjoyable and easy. The outdoor space is next level. The kids loved the pool and the yard. There is a diving board that got lots of use and a baja shelf in the pool that was perfect for the younger kids and moms to hang out on. There are tons of outdoor seating spaces, and the furniture is nice and comfortable. There is a seating space just outside the kitchen, an outdoor dining table and another area down by the pool. The grass area is perfect for all the outdoor games. The kids were playing soccer, playing catch and even throwing the football around. There is a hammock out there too! Tina is a great host. She is very easy to communicate with and she responds very quickly to any and all questions that we had before showing up and once we were at the house. We have the best time at this property and look forward to our next trip back.

Peoria Pool House is AMAZING!!!

This house is a hidden gem and is AMAZING!!! The house is beautiful and has a great layout. The kitchen is huge and was well equipped with all the things needed during our stay. There was plenty of baking pans, pots, pans, cooking utensils, 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers and a great BBQ outside. There is a large dining table and also seating at the island that was perfect for the kids to eat at. There is seating to eat outside too, it was just a bit too cold at night for us! We had multiple families and everyone had their own space. The bedrooms are large, each having their own bathroom except for the Disney room. The backyard is where it's at! The small pool with the water falls was cold (in March), but the ambience it offers is amazing. The large pool had a cover and was warm! They have pool toys, a few rafts, and some squirt guns that were a hit with the kids. And the diving board was pretty fun too. There is a tanning deck in the pool that was awesome for the younger kids to hang out on. There is tons of seating near the pool, lounge chairs and a covered patio. They even had the big shade umbrellas that you could move around. The lawn area is beautifully kept and large. The kids were able to play with the balls and run around. There is even a hammock in the corner for a little afternoon nap! The house is wired with a great sound system that plays music throughout and you can control the lights and music from a single iPad. Tina was very easy to communicate with, answered any and all the questions we had, and would respond very quickly. We had a wonderful time at the Peoria Pool House and we will be back!

I take hosting very serious. I want your trip to the Phoenix area to be memorable and stress free. Your comfort is my first priorit and I am always available for any question or concern.

Welcome to The Peoria 2 Pool house. From the front entry where the Lions greet you to the choice of two pools out back, from the large kitchen with two ovens that is perfect for a buffet spread to the 5 bathrooms so no one has to wait their turn, this home has everything to make a large group comfortable.
BBQ and enjoy many places to eat and visit, or play games inside and out. There are 18 indoor chairs/couches in the 2 living rooms and 15 chairs outside plus two plus 4 chaise lounges.
Play music of your choice on the Savant System. Each room has a ceiling speaker (or 2). Add to the ambience by picking your lights settings and enjoy the sound of the water falls while you hang out and enjoy all this house has to offer.
There are 3 trane HVAC units to keep your comfort level perfect throughout your stay. On hand are robes, towels, pool towels, toiletries, throw blankets and pillows. For the coffee lover we have two choices, a Keurig with pods and a Bunn Drip that brews a pot in 3 minutes.
Access to the garage along with a remote and the washer and dryer are included.
Check in process is done remotely. I am always available by text or phone call and I can come to the property if needed. We have cameras for security which I do not monitor when guests are staying unless my neighbors have reason to call if noise levels are excessive after 10pm.
In the cold part of winter, I must have time to heat up the pool and put on the pool covers. I do charge extra and the cost depends on current temperatures. In winter it takes a bit of effort to get the pool warm enough to enjoy so I need to know if you plan to swim. Arizona winters are colder than expected.
Events are allowed on a per person basis and requirese pre approval with special pricing. Please check with me for details. Unauthorized Events will be subject to a penalty up to $2500.
No indoor smoking allowed or will result in a minumum $500 penalty.
