Book your next stay at this newly remodeled first-floor, 2-bedroom condo in town near the Marina. The Flamingo is decorated with an oceanic theme of birds, coral, tortoise, and modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. Two stools are at the bar for additional seating. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch that makes a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat with plush pillows, and an accent chair, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Fun in the sun

We had a great mini vacation and stayed in the condo. Condo was nice, well equipped with everything we needed! Close to everything! Loved having access to the free gulf cart! Only down side was the guests in the condo above us, they were loud and kept stomping and jumping ! sounded like the roof was going to fall in . They were very loud in the early mornings. But over all we had a great time at this condo!

The apartment was nice, clean and plenty of room

We very much enjoyed our trip. Great location clean apartment parking was a little bit of an issue because we were all adults coming in from out of town so we had 4 vehicles and only 2 parking passes. It would have been nice to know that guest and over flow parking was not even located on the property. It's act about a 7 minute drive away. That will probably keep us from choosing this location in the future.

Nice get away

Wish the bed was as cozy as it looks but it gets the job done! A couple blinds were missing on the sliding door but thankfully nothing was behind the property. We got eaten alive by mosquitoes and couldn’t enjoy being on the patio :( but as soon as we were leaving / checking out we saw pest control come and spray so shouldn’t be an issue for the next person. Golf cart rental was a very nice bonus since the beach was about a mile away and saved us from buying a beach pass. The first rental the Bluetooth didn’t work in the cart but they were very nice and had no issue switching it for another cart! When we arrived it smelled sooooo clean so thank you guys.

Cute condo near the marina

Cute and nicely decorated condo that kept us cool in the heat of summer. Walking distance to the marina to collect seashells and watch dolphins swim by. Free golf cart was great and super close drive to everything in Port A! The only cons I would say is the a/c is super loud when it it is on. The condo is very close to huge power lines (if your concerned about EMF) & we wished it had a water hose outside that we could rinse our feet off from all the sand, before we entered the condo. Their was no broom to sweep sand inside. Other than that, nice condo and really enjoyed our time in Port A!

Great Family VacTion

The property was extremely nice, check in and golf cart instructions we are sent day off and everything was smooth. Will return to this property next time we stay in Port Aransas.

Beautiful property, Central location, and the best breakfast in town 3 door's down

Beautiful condo close to the Ferry and all the food. Clean, updated interior with tons of space! The kids lived it and the wife's 40th birthday was a huge success! Thank you all!!!!

Fabulous!

We had a great time during our stay. We wanted to stay on the beach but decided on this property. Glad we did. The golf cart made it even better. A short 1 mile drive to the beach, cruise on the beach or take it to go grab something from nearby restaurants. Place was very clean and had all we needed. Only suggestion would be possibly a mattress topper on the master bed

Very nice

The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were very comfortable. It is a very large unit with plenty of space. Part of the reason that we chose this property was the golf cart. It's so much more fun cruising around in one.

Great condo!

Great location close to restaurants and the beach. Condo was very nice and clean. Cool to see the tankers going by in the part aransa ship channel from the back porch!

Overall good stay

I rated 4/5 stars for cleanliness due to one the blankets on the bed being stained/dirty. A quick wash in the laundry room was enough for us not to make a complaint through management. There was also a couple of spiders and a roach in the bathtub that I assumed came up through the drain & a couple of cigarette butts left on the back porch from a previous stay.

Very nice stay!

We loved the condo, it was fully remodeled and beautiful. Location was nice and quiet and convenient to beach, stores, etc. We had some questions and the property manager answered immediately. The ONLY thing that kept it from being perfect was that the housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. There was dust on the furniture and baseboards. The area rugs needed vacuumed and floors mopped.

This was an amazing place. Yes it’s not on the beach but very accessible to the stores and just a short golf cart ride from the beach me and my family had a great time and will be back!

This property was clean and nicely decorated. The area was quiet and we were able to part right outside our door. We had everything we needed except sheets for the sofa bed. However, there were extra blankets in the room, so we just used those.

Exactly as advertised

Wonderful little condo! It was perfect for our needs of a quick beach getaway. Condo was clean and well furnished. Check-in was easy peasy, I didn't even have to go into the office, just sent some info over text. Check-out was even more simple. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. 10/10 would come back again.
