Yes. Register your pet and pay the pet fee before check-in — bookings that skip this may be cancelled without a refund. We also ask that you manage excessive barking, since complaints may mean boarding your dog or finding other arrangements.



➤ Is the back patio private?

No. The covered patio and the grill under it are shared with the two-story apartment on the property. The house, the garage and the side yard are yours alone.



➤ Can we use the fireplace?

No. It's decorative only.



➤ Can we host an event here?

Parties are not allowed, but we host some events by prior arrangement. Ask before you book — event fees are handled case by case. Unapproved events carry additional charges, including extra cleanup.

You have the full house, the garage and the large side yard to the right of the home. The covered patio out back, and the grill under it, are shared with the two-story apartment on the property.



The Neighborhood:

This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants.

4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is walkable — Lake Hollingsworth is four blocks out and grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The famed Southgate Publix, Peking House Chinese, Five Guys Burgers all all within a block away.



Other Things to Note:

Exterior security cameras are installed on the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place. Pets must be registered and paid for before check-in. Parties are not allowed; other events need prior approval. The fireplace is decorative only. Please review the house rules before booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Self Check-in is available. Check-in runs anytime after 4:00 PM, and we reply to messages quickly — usually within the hour throughout your stay.
