[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

[Firepit]
Indulge in evenings of storytelling and marshmallow roasting around the wood firepit under the starlit skies. Solar lights add a warm glow to the ambiance, and ample seating ensures everyone can unwind and share in the joy of the crackling flames. While firewood isn't provided, you can easily find it at local grocery stores.

Enjoy the use of a Wi-Fi enabled projector located inside the property.
We have provided an inflatable screen including the electric pump in a bin by the backyard.

[Hot Tub]
Rejuvenate in the hot tub on the back deck, a perfect way to unwind after days of exploration. Rest assured, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest. Bromine tablets maintain water clarity. Please note that due to this maintenance process, the hot tub might not be fully heated upon your arrival.

Sasquatch Getaway comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across its five thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. Choose from three King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and a bedroom featuring a set of twin-size bunk beds. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV, dresser, and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Three full bathrooms adorned with granite countertops provide ample space for getting ready, and linens including bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are thoughtfully provided.

* With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
* Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs and bees. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
* You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
* Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
* Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin.
