Ready to live the dream in Mammoth? This 3-level Village location cabin is your ultimate basecamp for all things adventure. Step into this mountain getaway and get ready to unleash the fun!

The lower level is home to two plush California King bedrooms, each a dream come true for weary travelers. They share a bathroom but don’t worry, it's all about that cozy cabin vibe. Head up to the mid-level where the kitchen is primed for all your culinary masterpieces (or at least some serious snack time), and the living room is ready for you to kick back and relax after a day of adventure.

Now, for the cherry on top: the upper level! It features a spacious sleeping loft with a bunk bed (Full on the bottom, twin on top—perfect for your adventure crew) and yet another bathroom for those midnight pit stops.

With woods as your backdrop and those glorious south-facing mountain views, you’re set to bask in nature’s glory. And no need to fight for parking—this condo is tucked away with a prime spot that’s away from the chaos, but still just a short stroll to The Village at Mammoth. Want to feel the mountain air? Head out to the large deck, or curl up by the gas log fireplace when the chill sets in.

The kitchen? Fully stocked for whatever your culinary heart desires. The complex offers more than just a roof over your head; it’s got a game room with ping pong and other games, and an outdoor hot tub for some post-adventure relaxation.

The best part? You’re so close to everything. A free shuttle stop is right at the entrance to the complex, and it’s less than a 5-minute walk to The Village. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need to enjoy your stay—whether it’s the unbeatable location, the cozy interior, or those gorgeous views.

Oh, and parking? We've got you covered—space for up to two cars outside, first-come, first-serve right in front of the condo. Adventure is you ready to answer?

Please note that condos in Mammoth do not have A/C. It doesn't get hot enough here. Opening the windows will cool it right down. BBQ's are only available in the Summer time. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, there will be an extra $250 cleaning fee added on after you book.

Overall great! Location and comfort were good. Only 1 wine glass, lighting was sparse and only 5 towels in the entire place. No beach towels for jacuzzi.

Family Christmas in Mammoth

Our family enjoyed our Christmas in Mammoth staying in this condo. Although a bit outdated, the location is ideal being so close to the Village! Easy to control interior temperature with thermostat controls and heaters in each room. Pretty views from the unit. Everything you need for your stay is included: well stocked kitchen, bed sheets and towels, snow shovels, and sleds.

Great location, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen

Overall this property was perfect for our group (6 adults). There was just the right amount of space where we could all hang out in the common space together and have our separate spaces with there being 3 bedrooms. The two minor items that I would say that I wish were better were (1) there were only body towels for everyone (no hand towels or washclothes); a hand towel or two would have been nice to have in each bathroom, so we did not have to use the body towels after washing our hands/face; and (2) the kitchen layout is a little tight, so you can really only fit two people in there at once, but that is something that can worked around. Overall, great experience and cannot beat the location in being a 5-7 minute walk to the gondola/village, 20 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, and extremely close to a bus stop to take you between the lodges.

Good place for couple days without toddler

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is perfectly located. The road is not popular too much and the place is quiet. An amazing view is presented on balcony. There is a good set of plates, glasses and silverware. Just couple minutes are required for main attractions of Mammoth Lakes. Restaurants and distillery are located in 5 minutes walk.About negative experience. I had travel with family and my 3 yo son. So I have to cook food at home. There is extremely strange set of pans: one small pans and couple huge pans (6 qt?). There is an anti-child door on ladder but the door looks like it is her last day. I didn’t dare touch the door :) And the last thing. There is a rule to clear grill after visit. It looks like nobody never clear the grill. When I tried to turn it on, all fat starts to burn. So, I can’t use the grill. I have notified owners about the problem. Dear people, let's follow the rules and not leave dirt behind us.

Location is good for mountain access but much more to be desired

The property has a lot of potential but is quite neglected and not very clean. On the upside the kitchen is well stocked and appointed with appliances, yet also has no wine glasses and few (1-2) tumblers. Multiple light bulb outages (fixtures out of reach without ladder). Heater in one of the bedrooms doesn't work at all nor will other rooms heat this room up. Downstairs Shower door was hanging precariously and was a danger. Reading previous reviews we determined the shower door issue was months old. The unit is also rather cramped. If we had to we'd stay again however would strongly look to book elsewhere first.

Poor Property Management

Property was as expected, clean and well supplied. Property manager seemed to be absent though. There was a gas leak at one of the units so the gas was cut to the whole complex. Property manager did not inform us, I had to get this info from the fire department that was on site. Also, in the morning after a very large storm, the parking lot was not plowed (the complex right next door was plowed) . Many guests, including myself could not get out and several cars were stuck. This led to a large delay in our departure. It seems that the property manager thought that the lot had been plowed, but it had not. The snow plow finally arrived around 11am.

Nice location

We rented this property as a group of two families. We have two young children, age 3 and five, who really enjoyed the bunkbeds in the loft. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one of them very easily fit a pack and play. The main level is the living in kitchen area. The only downfall was that there was no bathroom on that level, but it really wasn’t an issue to go up and down the stairs. The house location was great, the kids were very easily able to walk to and from the village and if they were tired there was a shuttle stop right outside the property. The kitchen was very well stocked and had more than enough supplies for cooking. Unfortunately in the bathrooms all that were provided were towels, there were no washcloths or bathmats so if you are traveling with a bigger group where all the towels will be used just keep that in mind. The televisions are all smart TVs, and the heat is controlled via Nest. The only issue was that being a mountain town, we did lose connection often so if you want frequent television it may be an issue. We just enjoyed the games provided and were out on the mountain. Communication with the rental property was very short and sweet. Not much information was provided when we contacted them with questions, in one spot there is an information packet at the house but there is also another app which is downloaded and has information there as well. It would be much easier if all the information was in one place. Overall we would recommend this location.

Pretty good place to stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five dads on a ski weekend fit well in this rental. Cleanliness was good enough, amenities were sparse. As the costs have increased in town there should be an expectation to have shampoo, conditioner, soap and dishwasher detergent. Downstairs bathroom shower door is a real hazard and should be replaced. Two of us had the door come down while we were showering. Lighting in the unit should be improved. It’s very dark. The thermostats are weird and don’t really control the heaters. Very confusing setup. Kitchen was fine though the broiler didn’t work. Dining room is tight but works. Couches are comfortable, gas fireplace was nice. Might suggest a bbq on the deck. Beds were comfortable. Linens clean and plenty. Overall a nice place to stay. This feedback is really just some suggestions. By the way, I didn’t alert anyone about the issues while we were there because I didn’t feel like wasting my time getting this stuff fixed. So probably they could have addressed it but I don’t know.

Had to leave front door open. ⁃ Unable to use the patio at all ⁃ Shower door downstairs off the track - Long list of rules that could add up to many different fines. I did not get fined for anything but checking out was stressful to ensure we followed every guideline - Checkout was a hit early for my liking (10am) and there was no flexibility to change that - entire place was creaky

Clean and Cozy!

Great place for Six adults (3 pairs). Common area was great for coming together and there are three separate rooms to enjoy privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and tools. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, Kleenex and wash cloths/hand towels. Only bath towels supplied. Close enough to village to walk or ride the gondola. Would recommend and would rent again

Last Minute Ski Week Rental

We really enjoyed the cabin. However the location shown in VRBO was not where it was actually located (further from the Village). The cabin was great though. Three levels, room to spread out, great TV and internet.

Amazing cabin

This is a great cabin. The beds are really comfortable. The fireplace made it super cozy. It’s a quick walk to the village and gondola. Would recommend!

No Electricity

Everything was fine here but the one MAJOR PROBLEM was that we couldnt get a hold of hot water and at random times our electricity would cut off for long periods of time.
