Located just a short walk from the Oasis Clubhouse with resort pool, lazy river, water slide, and children's play area. This single story pool home in The Retreat section of Champions Gate, is something you've got to see! This four-bedroom, three full bath home offers a beautiful open layout and generous room sizes throughout. The extended covered lanai overlooks an expansive pool and spa, perfect for an evening BBQ after a long day at the parks (pool and spa heating available for an additional charge, please ask for details). The community has an impressive gated entrance and massive community amenities. There's a reason why Champions Gate is one of the most sought after communities in Central Florida.

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $30 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).

Very clean and spacious but firm beds

Cleanest place we have stayed. Very nice town. We arrived a day after a holiday and unfortunately never received our welcome email or our code. Couldn't get into the house for a while. Very inconvenient! We also paid extra for the pool to be heated and they forgot to turn it on. Lost 3 days of enjoyable swimming. They did have someone come out and turn it on. Beds were very firm and some were lumpy. Sheets and pillows clean and smelled fresh.

Great home. The house was super clean, it was plenty of room for all of us and the pool area was great! Loved all the amenities available.

The house was exactly as advertised and a short walk or drive to the resort amenities. Great location for Disney and Universal.

As we entered the home on 6/18/22, we did an inspection to make sure everything was good go. It was great to even schedule early check-in by 12p.m. The house was clean, beautiful and spacious upon arrival. The colors in the home were awesome, great appliances and furniture. During our stay, the battery operated cipher door lock kept saying it was low. I called the number that was in the house binder that afternoon like it said to call if there were any issues. Later that day when we got back from the clubhouse, we were welcomed by a gentleman ( forgot his name) that happen to be the father of the host of the house I think he said Julie or it could've been Jenny . (LoL) Anyway, He was very kind and fix the problem well he replaced the battery. And he was very informative which was awesome. However, one of my family friends reported to me there was a peculiar smell that was in the first room to the left(Minnie Mouse room). We inspected the room I really couldn't smell anything, but my friend said that it was a foul odor in the room. After inspection, from between the bed and the walls, behind the nightstand, the dresser and closet, we could not locate where the smell was coming from. I did not call regarding this matter. But maybe it will need to be further inspected in great detail since there's been other reviews regarding the same issue from last year I see. I can only guess or assume that there could be something that may have perished underneath the carpet. So maybe a suggestion, that the carpet may need to be replaced. Otherwise we had a fantastic time at this house. The kids played in the pool all day and all night until. Which was fabulous because after they would eat dinner and showered, nothing but peaceful sleeping.. Tired themselves right out.. And of course us adults enjoyed the pool time as well. My husband and me and our family friends are now discussing about investing in one of these houses in Florida. Thank you so much for allowing us to be in your home. Other than the 2 hiccups during our vacation, it was still a great vacation. Until next time...

Relaxing vacation

Overall, we had a great vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious, the location was perfect, not too far from things but close enough if we wanted to do some of the parks. The lazy river was such a great treat. This vacation was more relaxing than anything, we spent a lot of time at the house and in the pool there. Which is what we had planned to do. Two issues occurred while we were there. The first was an awful smell coming from the first bedroom Unfortunately we were unable to use that bedroom at all. We did speak to the rental company who promptly sent someone out to inspect- and they did send carpet cleaners out. They did their best to try and solve the issue right away but even after the cleaning the smell was still there. It only affected the entry way and that first room so we just dealt with it not letting it ruin our vacation. The owners did send us a care gift for the inconvenience which was a thoughtful gesture. The second issue was when the spa would almost drain completely when it was turned on. This happened for about a day and a half and for some reason randomly started working again. The rental company also promptly sent out the pool maintenance man who had mentioned this had happened to the previous guests as well but also started working again. I absolutely loved that the master bathroom was accessible from the pool area. It made cleaning up so much easier when the kids didn't have to trek their wet suits down the hall. I cannot speak enough at how big the house was inside. It looks much smaller from the road but it is so big and open inside! The sun is also over the pool all day long! Usually when we visit Florida we normally see a lot of bugs which is to be expected but at the house i only actually saw one- no ants or anything else which was great! The sheets were SO soft. My other guests had mentioned their beds were a little harder or uncomfortable but the master bed was perfect, I slept like a baby :) The house was really kept clean and in good shape. The rental company did their best to resolve any issues we had promptly, Other than my 2 grievances we had a great time and will definitely be visiting Championsgate again.

Property was as described & would rent from again.

The house was clean and provided all the essentials that would be needed. The location was great for our needs throughout the week as all of our destinations were within 40 minutes. There was 1 small issue, the TV in the master bedroom would not work so I had to move some TVs around in the house so we could enjoy the master fully. The other small item future guests should be made aware is that each of the houses in the community are fairly close to one another. If you get neighbors who do not respect their neighbors during nightly hours or use recreational items it makes the experience less enjoyable (which unfortunately we experienced multiple nights and days), luckily we had activities planned. I’ll finish by saying that I fully understand the owners have no control over my last sentence, but future renters should be made aware of this if you have smaller children or folks with sleeping issues because at times half the house could hear the next store neighbors making sleeping hard.

My family and I were so impressed in this place!! We had so much fun and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable at this facility. The owner communication was so quick and helpful. We highly recommend this place!! It’s worth it and you will love it.

Amazing Property

Everything was great no major issues. The pool was amazing. It rained most of the time while we was there but it was on and off throughout the day and it was still hot enough to get in the pool without the sun. Look forward to coming back

House as described, but Champions Gate has changed

This is our 3rd booking at Champions Gate in the past 2.5 years, first with this host. Overall, it was a great vacation, but there were quite a few things that we were disappointed in. The house was as described. Interior was cleaned well and was a great layout for our family of 6 (4 small children). The only area that was not up to standards was the pool. We had to pick up old food all around the perimeter of the pool and the skimmer net was broken/unusable. We noticed a tear in the netted roof and each morning the pool was full of gnats again. Without the skimmer, there wasn't much we could do but splash them out of the pool. *Check in- after 10 hours of travel, we arrived at the check in gate at 4pm and the line was all the way back to the main road. We had to wait for 50 minutes to check in and receive our guest pass. We've never waited like this before. Each day we saw a similar line at 4 pm, so if you don't want to wait forever, you'll have to pay for early check in. *Neighborhood- Maybe it's due to the pandemic and turn over of houses in the community, but there was trash everywhere! Not just bags of trash (which shouldn't be left out on the lawn, but were!), houses were being gutted, there were broken down cars, multiple trailers, broken air hockey tables left on the curb. All of this remained the same for the 5 days we were there so I doubt it's being addressed in a timely manner. *Neighbors- The larger house next door turned over twice during our 5 day stay. It was filled with 15+ people who were partying at their pool well past midnight. We could not find a number to call for security so I had to ask them nightly to quiet down so our small children could sleep. All of these issues were first time experiences at Champions Gate. I hope the association/management company addresses them or we will not be back to the community with our family.

Great house!!

House was everything we excpected and more! We heated the pool and spa and it was a great for late night swims. We really enjoyed the clubhouse, which had an amazing lazy river and great food! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. The house actually has 2 kings(not a queen and king like listed) which was awesome along with a full and 3 twin beds! Perfect for any family!!

Family vacation

The property was perfect for the 6 of us. The pool was warm. The neighborhood was quiet. Great walkable community. We were told that there was complimentary high chair for our infant granddaughter on the property and when we arrived there were none. The property owner said the management company would correct this for us. The management company never responded and we spent the week with no highchair which was very challenging. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Very happy with our stay. The house was very comfortable and the kids loved the pool!

I would rent this property again. Everything was as described. Very easy to check in and out. Champions Gate is a great neighborhood and the house felt like home.

Bad Odor in First Bedroom

We rented this home for two weeks. Upon arrival we noticed a very bad smell in the front bedroom as if there was either a dead rodent or mold in the vent. We were not able to use this room due to the smell. I asked property management to come do an inspection of this as all 6 adults in our house could smell it. The person they sent could not smell it through his mask (hmmm).They sent the same person 3 times to do a "sniff" test. The third time was suppose to be an inspection but all they brought was someone to make sure the air conditioning unit worked...this was not the problem. We ended up leaving a day early as we were done communcating this ussue with no resolve. Through 28 emails back and forth the proerty management (Homes of America Rentals) did nothing! The last thing we wanted was outside people coming into the home more than once as we were travelling with a cancer patient. If I were the homeowners I would not use this company anymore as you had a beautiful hoome besides this odor. If you are thinking of renting this home and need 4 bedrooms, don't becasue until this gets addressed nobody should stay in that bedroom until it has been comfirmed healthy to stay in. Very unimpressed that we were given no compensation (besdies offering for us to move 20 minutes ways to a lesser home). We are avid VRBO users and your rental company should have red flags on as your customer service is horrible. Bottom line....don't rent this house if you need the space. Don't rent until they have done an inscpection and can verify their findings.
