Cherrywood Ranch is a one-of-a-kind luxury home and wedding venue. If you choose the wedding venue option, it has an extra fee. The property has over 35 acres, a resort-style pool with a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, and many other amenities for you and your family to enjoy. We are located at the foothills of the north Georgia mountains, just 1.5 hours north of Atlanta. Bring friends and family and enjoy the Epic Beauty of Cherrywood Ranch and its surroundings.

We have a unique listing with beautiful furnishings and everything you could need to enjoy your experience in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. We've included everything we could to allow YOU [our beloved guests] not to have to leave the property once checked in.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room at the front of the house, with the large 60" TV above the fireplace, allow chefs & loungers to interact easily & be entertained while preparing delicious meals.

Adults & kids can entertain each other in the large game room, which contains a pool table/ping pong table, an abundance of game board + card games, a full bar, and a 60" TV.

Choose to cook a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or have a backyard feast using the outdoor grill.

The backyard is equipped with ample seating & dining options, a wood-burning firepit & a resort-style swimming pool with an attached jacuzzi.

Main floor:
Entry, living room, and dining room are all open concept with a large chef kitchen, a family room, a primary bedroom, and three guest rooms. All the guest bedrooms on the first floor have private bathrooms except one. These areas are set up and designed to provide comfortable settings for families to come together & have warm, authentic conversations/experiences. Additionally, they are great for entertaining large groups!

Second floor
The second floor has two bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is a shared patio with incredible views.

Wedding Venue
If you choose to have your wedding with us, our wedding fee includes the ceremony area with an arch, the pavilion (30 x 40) for the reception, which seats 75 guests comfortably, and the chairs, tables, and tablecloths. We also require wedding insurance. Please reach out to us for more information.

Other things to note:
We have a small fenced-in pasture available if you want to bring your horses. Frady Branch Equestrian and Bike Trail System is across the street, with over 17,000 acres of trails to enjoy with your horse. We have the best horseback riding trails in north Georgia for you to enjoy at no extra cost.
