The view is beautiful and the hosts were super nice. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed visiting Toccoa Falls College for the first time in years. The property is an amazing setting for a wedding venue.

This is a beautiful property inside and out. The view is amazing from the back patio. We loved the rustic feel inside the cabin. We 100% recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing property. I stay at rentals multiple times a year. This is one of my favorites of all time. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this cabin a complete sensory experience. The cabin is beautiful but the views are unparalleled. Owners are on property but keep to themselves unless you need them. Highly recommend staying here.

Refreshing!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here for the weekend. We hiked the property to waterfall and then drove about 15 miles out to Tallulah Falls and hiked. We enjoyed our time and the house was great! We loved everything about it. We enjoyed the Franklin wood-burning stove, the comfortable living room furniture, and the comfortable bedding! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and total serenity

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the OB Cottage. The grounds were pristine, the cottage was immaculately clean, and the furnishings were very classy and comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint. We came to visit friends who live in the area, and it was the perfect place to relax and reflect. Thank you!

Great owners..great views..great experience! The owners took care to think of many details others do not! If I had to say a draw back there was no dishwasher. It wasn't awful but a dishwasher would be a nice addition..although I wouldn't let it keep me from renting again. Super nice owners! You won't be sorry!

Excellent in every way.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is nicely furnished and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect for day trips out to the area falls, towns, and trails. Every evening we looked forward to heading back to the cottage to relax. The best feature is really the outside seating area. The covered porch has expansive views of the valley and local wildlife. We had our coffee and watched the sunrise every morning. The first morning we saw a doe and two fawns making their way down to the creek in the woods below. There were more deer sightings to come, a groundhog, and many birds (hawks, blue jays, eastern bluebirds, wrens, finches, cardinals), etc. Sunsets were even more spectacular, especially when paired with a good book and glass of wine. Great hosts and a great time!

Beautiful Farmhouse Cottage

We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and comfortably accommodated two couples and an infant. The real treat besides having a spacious house, full kitchen, and comfortable beds was the view out back! You will really enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the farm and hills— this is a really special spot to stay.

Camp Toccoa weekend.

A great weekend with my wife and friends as we visited the Band of Brothers museum, visted Camp Toccoa it self and rode to the top of Currahee. Last but not least visted several local breweries. Along with a great weekend of site seeing the cottage was amazing, beautiful and everything advertised.
