Has it all, pools, ocean and gulf views, sugar sand and transferable golf membership. Short walk to the ocean. On Beach Heather Court,the street, closest to the beach. A prestigious gated community, Lost Key Golf and Country Club it boasts, 2 pools & beach front beach club. Access to the gym, tennis courts and pool area. Two adults get to play golf for a ONE TIME fee of 35 dollars and a $12-$24 cart fee for 9 or 18 holes. Golf advisor gave the golf corse a 73.9 rating. According to Golf advisor, the: Arnold Palmer-designed layout was Florida's first golf course to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. Garage on the first floor with mini sports bar & GAME ROOM with a full size PINGPONG table., smart TV in all bedrooms. Kitchen on the 2nd floor, bedrooms on the 3rd. floor.. Two full bathrooms on the bedroom level and a 1/2 bath on 2nd level. There is a BBQ grill on the 1st. level.

Nice visit

The condo is pretty new so everything was clean and in great shape. However, there was no bunk bed Lind in tbd picture (one of the beds was in the floor). The sheets were not nice and the silverware could have been nicer. The back pool was green the entire week we were there and the front pool was too crowded. We really did like the place but some upgrades need to take place.

Fun Family Week

Property is in a great, quiet location. We loved being away from the crowds on the beach but its close enough to OB we drove over several times for shopping and dinner. The home is very clean and modern but we did have to buy pots to cook for our family of 7 as there was one pot, one large pan and one smaller pan that everythig stuck to. The rest of the kitchen was pretty much on point! As mentioned in other reviews the TVs in the spare rooms did not work so we had kids and adults with no TV for the week. I did ask to see if maybe there was a trick to turning them on and the owner just said she needed to replace them. There are not bunkbeds as shown in the photo but luckily some of our kids were fine sleeping on the couches. A group with more adults may not have enough sleeping space. The pool area was very nice and the kids loved the zero entry! The pool at the club across the street on the beach is smaller so don't plan on a big pool day there with the family, its more of a short cool off spot with snacks and drinks. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad but parking at the public access was limited with police waiting to write parking tickets so use caution and read the signs! We would stay here again 😊

Great place to call home for a week.

Kitchen was adequately supplied, great communication with host, Herbie the Roomba was great to set up and go. Great location and quick access to the beach. We took our bikes and rode around everywhere. There is a crosswalk to cross the street to the beach club. Tennis courts were nice and lit up at night. Lots of fun at the clubhouse playing connect 4 and corn hole. Beach attendants were helpful to set up chairs and umbrellas. Just a bit of a heads up. One of the bedrooms has a futon which is a bit on the hard side. My teenage son adapted by sleeping on the more cushioned futon in the living room where he had free roam of the late night snacks in the kitchen and large screen tv, so he didn't complain. But, may have been a problem for other family members if they had been with us. TVs in both kids bedrooms did not work, but this wasn't a problem for us. Bathrooms were a great size with plenty of room. Washer and dryer right off the bedrooms so that was very convenient. All appliances worked great! One last suggestion, bring a fitted sheet for the king bed in the master bedroom. It was just a flat sheet which would get crumpled up while we slept. Otherwise, bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for families

House was beautiful inside, as indicated. Location was close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the beach club, we heard great things about it. We chose Johnson Beach a very short drive away. Washer and dryer were needed- swim suits and towels. Nice view of the ocean in the evenings. Loved it.

Good but not Great

I have been coming to the gulf coast since I was kid. I have stayed just about everywhere. I love Perdido Key because it is not as crowded but still close to all the restaurants I love in Orange Beach and Pensacola. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of this townhome. The moment we walked in it smelled like mildew from a leaky faucet that had been dripping underneath the sink. Owner was aware it had been leaking and did fix while we were there. I also had to clean all the toilets and bathtub that had mildew when I arrived. Carpets were very dirty and stained. It did have everything we needed but just wasn’t on the nicer end. One other inconvenience is beach parking. There is only 15 public spots and no parking at the beach club. There is a shuttle but they do not allow you to bring food, drinks or coolers. And it’s a long walk to carry all your stuff to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and convenience of the golf course in the community. It is a very pretty community.

Smooth sailing

Amy was very easy to work with and check in and out process was a breeze. The location in Lost Key is walking distance to the beach. You can even see the ocean from the unit. Unit was well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We will be back!

Quiet and calm stay

This place was clean, new, well stocked and had plenty of room. It was nice for a quiet stay with easy beach access. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Perdido Key. It was our first time staying in Perdido key area and we had to drive often to Orange Beach or Pensacola (30-45mins) for restaurants.

somewhat disappointing...

lots of stairs to deal with everyday. it was little overwhelming. check in FOUR PM and check out is NINE AM. make sure you leave at NINE otherwise you going to get a text from owner and vrbo and cleaning lady will be waiting outside. On the website check out time shows clearly 9:30am. one of the card key won't work so carry out both. The kitchen equipment (pan and pot) are beat up and peeled off it's coating. The kitchen condiment is somewhat stocked but still pack yours. open balcony is great when you are alone but little too close to neighbors. the rest is okay since the building is brand new. one more note, the key card is on the kitchen island it's not with the security booth.

Amazing

Absolutely loved this place it was clean and very welcoming. Had everything we needed for the week. The pool on site was amazing and kept up very well. Just wish the main pool had the lights on for evening swimming. It was a very short drive to the beach and didnt hany any trouble. Loved that we got complementary of 4 beach chairs for our stay at Lost Key. This was great so we didnt have to carry ours back and forth. Would love to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the beach and an easy drive over to Pensacola for shopping and sightseeing.

Very easy and welcoming process!

Out stay was very pleasant! I have ZERO complaints. Except so many steps in the residence, actually making me hit my "floors goal" each day! 🤣🤣 Just kidding! Amy was very pleasant and welcoming! Very good communication and checked on us during our stay to ensure things were going good. I would have no hesitations to stay here again!
