Getting good sleep away from home is important, you will be luckily enjoying two King mattresses, fresh new white linen and clean white towels. New carpet throughout the bedrooms. Walk-in closets to store your own clothes make for a comfortable long stay.
You will have the stocked up kitchen to cook a great meal or grill a nice steak on the BBQ! Enjoy the fire pit, a night cap with friends, and the desert sunset views at night from your large private patio. The west direction let the sun enters the home beautifully throughout the day!
We want you to feel like at home away from home and enjoy what the desert life has to offer!

Walk to the club house, grab your golf cart for a round or a yummy burger for lunch from the Club’s Cafe! The newly redesigned Club house has a restaurant and a magnificent view. Spend a sunny afternoon in the salt water pools and spas 20 pools/spa in the resort to choose.

Our home’s extensive possibilities for activities will make your vacation a memory to remember! The Coachella Valley has a lot to offer from festivals, shopping and hiking trails!

You will enjoy a nice retreat in our Palm Desert house.
Non-stop fun and adventure is all around our house! get massages less than a mile away, shop in the El Paseo district a few miles away, or watch a show at McCallum Theater.

Make sure you get tickets to Coachella or Stagecoach as the Polo Grounds rest 9 miles away. Foodies will want to attend the Tamale Festival 7 miles south! Other fun festivals in the area include The BNP Paribas Open, the College of the Desert Street Fair, and the farmers market in La Quinta.

Those looking to explore nature can hike along the mountains Bump and Grind trail 7.5 miles away. Rock climbers are just 39 miles away from Joshua Tree National Park. If hiking isn't your thing, you can still enjoy the views on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram located 24 miles from the property.

Bring the family to see exotic animals and beautiful gardens at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens or try your luck at Agua Caliente Casino, both within 8 miles. World-class skiing is a short 100-mile drive away at Big Bear Resort.

Prefer sun to snow? Drive 100 miles to the beach or venture 127 miles to San Diego for a perfect day trip. Other couple of days fun trips include Lake Havasu 180 miles away and Las Vegas which is 243 miles away. Enjoy!

Exception Stay!

The unit was as advertised! Very clean and well stocked! We loved the outdoor sitting area which had lots of comfy seating, fireplace and a patio heater. The indoor living area was also very comfortable! Great for two couples with 2 king suites on opposite sides of the unit. Location is superb as it’s very central and close to the I-10 with all kinds of amenities close by. Host was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. Amazing view of the mountains and evening sunsets! Would definitely stay at this rental again in the future!

Pleasant Stay and Great location

The property is as advertised. The house is well stocked with necessities. Very nice patio to watch the evening sunsets. The location is easy to get to and to the surrounding community and easy to get to the local hiking trails.

Wonderful home

We absolutely loved staying here for two weeks. Super clean with all the amenities. The kitchen was fantastic! Very quiet and a great view...golf course and the mountains beyond. And the birds!! The location was very central for our needs. Hostess was very responsive. We will be back!!

Fabulous Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was just as pictured and so well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor patio is very large and the perfect place to hang out for coffee, dinner or cocktails—with great views all around. The owners were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. If you are looking for a Palm Desert getaway, then look no further—this is the place to be.

Great location

This property is great, the kitchen was very well stocked and the location was excellent. Pickleball on the property was either full with members or a pre scheduled clinic for the time we were there but Freedom Park across the street offered great courts and competition at various levels. The hosts were interactive and ensured our stay met our expectations. We will go back!

Comfort and roomy

Two couples stayed at this beautful, well stocked, comfortable condo for only 3 nights. We had more than enough room, comfortable beds and Karine thought of every little necessity that you may want. This is absolutely the best unit we have stayed in during our visits to the Palm Desert area. We will most definitely return. Thank you, Karine for sharing your home.

We keep coming back.

We have stayed here 3 times now and will come back again. It has it all. Great hosts, clean and very attractive and comfortable property. We love the covered patio with super comfy couches and outdoor dining area. Great view of the golf greens and the mountains in the distance. Kitchen well appointed. I highly recommend that you give it a try.

Lovely condo in a quiet neighborhood

Great condo with a beautiful view of the golf course. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, and well stocked with most anything you need for your stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. Gated community that is friendly, well maintained, and quiet. Close to restaurants, attractions, and assorted outdoor activities. If you've never been to the Living Zoo, it's well worth the trip. We didn't do any golfing so cannot speak to the course quality. We had a fabulous visit and would definitely stay at this home again.

Above and beyond!

We (my teenage son, my friend and her teenage daughter) went for a short trip in October to Palm Desert to watch the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. The condo was located in a gated community (Palm Desert Resort). The area felt very safe and very well maintained. Our condo was perfect for two parties: Both bedrooms have king beds, walk-in- closets and a bathroom, so each party can have their private space, if needed. The mattresses are new and in great condition (more on the firmer side) what I love. The furniture was beautiful and in excellent condition. The place felt very new and spotless. We loved having a washer and dryer and I really liked that we had plenty of hangers and towels (for the pool and for indoors). The outdoor sitting area is large and we loved the breeze after a hot day in the sun. What made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner, Karine. Before our trip I had a couple of questions and she was very responsive and helpful. She even asked me if she could stock some items for us in the condo upon our arrival because I had told her we would only rent bicycles and would not have a car. I found my favorite coffee at the condo and cocoa for my son. During our stay, I contacted Karine again and she responded within an hour. At the end of our vacations she asked about any suggestions to make our stay even better, what showed me that Karine truly cared how to make our experience even better. I have never had such a wonderful host in all my years of renting at VRBO. Thanks a lot, Karine!

Comfort and calm

This is our second stay at this property. We love the layout of the condo, the comfortable couches and deck furniture, view of the green golf course, swaying palm trees and mountains. Peaceful and relaxing. Love the hosts. So responsive. They remembered my two small requests from our previous visit and had them waiting for us! It doesn't get much better than that!

Home Away From Home

Perfection. I'm not sure there is a better way to describe our stay. Karine and David's property felt like home from the moment we entered. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has practically anything you could need during your stay. Communication with Karine was wonderful. She made sure any needs we had were met - including recommendations for Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood felt very secure with a 24/7 guard and was well maintained. If we were to visit the area again, I would love to stay here again!

Excellent Couples golf accommodation

This vacation property felt like your own home, Karine was very communicative on all aspects to ensure comfort and enjoyment while on our trip. The home was extremely clean and had all the supplies required for a complete and amazing experience. Great Family Get Away

My Father stay at this beautiful getaway spot for several days. During this time, my niece visited for 2 days, and my sister visited for 2 days. The well decorated but comfortable bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathrooms and patio made spending time together nicer. My Dad liked it so much, he already booked another week at the place for later in the year. The owners are super nice and very helpful.

Perfect condo for two couples

Shared space in the middle and two beautiful private king suites on either side of the kitchen/living room. The patio was well furnished with comfortable seating for all four of us. Large table outside where we dined each evening (if it wasn't too windy)

Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Great layout. Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds. Super comfortable patio couches and chairs. View of the gold course and mountains. Well stocked kitchen. Loved it. Most important - the owners are fabulous! Personally showed us around the property and so responsive to our needs. Asked for one item and it was ordered and on the porch a few days later. Wow! We highly recommend a stay at this property. We will definitely be back.
