Ocean One 122- Beachside Condo

Hi Linda. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the car passes at Ocean One. I went back and read your message and saw where the mistake was made. Every other year, Ocean One has dropped the two vehicle limit after September because the volume of visitors begins to decrease as we enter the fall and winter months. This is the first year that the property has maintained the two vehicle policy beyond the summer months. This is due to the higher volume of guests arriving on the island during the fall and winter season. This is all very new for the rental companies, restaurants, and businesses on the island because we are experiencing a much higher volume of guests than we have in years past. We will make sure to correct our paper work to accurately reflect this change and we apologize for the miscommunication. As for the water shutoff in the building, we were informed the day of the incident because there was an emergency situation that resulted in the water having to be shut off for a brief period. We were not able to prepare and advise our guests properly because of this. Again, we apologize for these issues you experienced during your stay and hope that you will choose to stay with us again.
