Queen bedroom, closet and large flat screen TV. 2nd space on this level: full size futon. Just 5 blocks from local eateries, theaters, art studios, museum, bike path, pinball arcade, axe throwing bars and LUX movie theatre!

Although this was a working holiday we made the best of our situation. The property was very nice and clean; location was so close to anything we needed or wanted. The outdoor space was comfortable as well. The bonus was a wedding party next door, what wonderful people we met.

Great Private Cottage

Property manager was easy to communicate and work with. Cottage was very clean and private. Comfortable furniture and off street parking made it great for a couple days getaway.

Great location. Walkable to several restaurants and breweries. Next to a grocery store. Perfect distance from Fort Collins for CSU events.

Nice little Pad

Place is clean and great! Warm and friendly! Service was awesome! I'd say its 1 1/2 bedrooms, but beds were comfy and location for us was perfect! Recommend it to anyone!

The hosts were wonderful, we had some unexpected family events happen and the hosts were very accommodating. The home was cozy, spaces were a little tight but were organized well and clean. The shelves and mirrors are made for tall people, bring a step stool if you’re short. The WiFi was spotty and had a hard time connecting to the internet and the television so downtime at the house wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been. The bed was great, however, the pull out sofa bed and futon were both very worn and uncomfortable. We debated going to get an air mattress as that would have been more comfortable. Overall it was an okay stay.

Cute, cozy, quiet, all the amenities of home packed into an adorable space❣️AC unit worked great, bed was comfortable, location was great! Well worth the money- hotels do not even compare to “home sweet home” vibes*

Convenient location

Clean property, yet quite tight. Outside could have been cleaned up quite a bit. Had a good time.

Best little cottage!

This property is a gem. Super clean with nice accommodations. The host was super responsive and the location was quite. This is a place for a great week or weekend. Always have it booked again for next year! I just can’t say enough great things about this cottage.

Perfect Refuge

I really appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility of the hosts. The cottage was a fantastic refuge with all of the comforts one may need. While elaborate meals would be best eaten out, the basics can be met in the kitchen. The design was simple and comfortable, filled with everything to make my stay as close to home as possible.

Sweetheart festival

My hubby and I stayed here for the Sweetheart Festival for Valentines Day ! We live in Loveland but we wanted to be within walking distance to all the activities for the weekend ! Had a great time ! The cottage was set up perfectly and it was beautiful inside ! Loved the colors and decor !

A beautiful and affordable cottage

My husband, two grown kids, and my daugter's friend stayed at the cottage for a long weekend to attend my Mom's memorial service. The cottage was very clean, and the decor was updated and attractive. There were 5 of us, which was a little cramped, but it was great having our own little "house", instead of ataying in a motel. Plus, the price for three nights was much more affordable. The property owner answered my text when I had a question, and was very helpful and kind. I would recommend!

Not good for our group

My wife me and our adult friend were expecting a two bedroom unit as it indicated, "2 bedrooms (sleeps 6)". Unfortunately, there are not actually two independent bedrooms. One of the areas that is considered a bedroom is more of a common space that a person staying in the closed bedroom would need to walk through to get to any other part of the unit. our friend wasn't comfortable with that (I don't blame her), so she got herself a motel room. Also, the bathroom is downstairs with the bedroom upstairs which isn't that comfortable for those who need to get up multiple times per night. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and in a good location for us since we were heading to Rocky Mountains National Park.

Cute and perfect!

My wife and I had a staycation here for our 22nd anniversary. (We live in Brighton, CO.) The cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was within easy walking distance of downtown Loveland and all of our favorite places. We will be back!

Cleveland Cottage

Clean and cute cottage located within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and breweries in downtown Loveland. Conveniently across the street from the Safeway grocery store and coffee shop. So comfy and cozy.
