LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Conveniently located in the Central Beach/on Orchid Island. House is 1/2 block from Riverside Park &, Riverside Theater, Vero Museum of Art - 115 Acre Park!

Short walk to Ocean Drive, and the Beach :-)

the boardwalk, and so much more!! House sleeps 6.

The bathrooms have recently been renovated. Guest bath includes a wonderfully deep jacuzzi tub. The Master bath boosts an OMG Shower!

The Private Pool is Wonderful!

Take a short stroll - 1/2 block to the exercise path, tennis courts and pickleball courts at Riverside Park or walk a bit further to enjoy the magnificent Veterans Memorial island, the Vero Beach Art Museum,and Riverside Theater.
Too Many Restaurants to Mention. Probably 30, with a 15 min. walk from the house.

Central Beach is by far one of the best neighborhoods on the island.

Master bedroom has a very comfy King bed, for delightful & sound sleeping. Guest bedroom has a new queen mattress & boxspring of equal comfort.

Game Changer - Vero Beach now has 3 Airlines that operate to 11 destinations(and counting), Breeze, JetBlue, and American. VRB is jut 4.8 miles away, and I've actually walked to our house and used my bicycle to get around. You Really could go Car Free while in Vero Beach - rent a couple bikes from our local Trek Bicycle shop.

Very Important - Our house is our Florida home. This property is Not part of a Corporation. We also have a Ski House in Ludlow Vermont, on VRBO and we have a 5 Star Host Rating.

Best of both worlds

This was our second year at this property and the location is so ideal! Riverside park and the Atlantic ocean are both literally blocks from the house. The house itself is just the right size for a couple and occasional guests, and the owners were so attentive.

Location, location, location

It was all about the location for us and the walkability to so many activities we do when in Florida as snow birds. Riverside park, the beach, the church and restaurants and shops all were accessible on foot, many times all in the same daily walk! Also, Riverside theater and the Vero Art Museum were our other frequent activities and again were so close to the house. And then, there was the house itself. We loved the blend of old and new decor, the pool and the well equipped kitchen. Steve and Susan responded promptly to any questions we had and were the perfect hosts. We look forward to next year.

This is now my favorite VRBO rental property.

This house is very large and spacious for only two bedrooms. It is furnished with very nice new furniture. The pool was kept very clean and and nicely warmed. It is perfectly located on a very quiet street. We could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. Or we could walk in the other direction and be at Riverside Park in five minutes. We have no pets but enjoyed the 15 minute walk to watch peoples dogs play at the dog park. Once you get unpacked and buy groceries you really never need to move your car again.

Perfect Property

We had a great time! This location couldn’t be more convenient, within walking distance of the beach, parks, restaurants, etc. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities: beach towels, pool items, cookware, etc. Property manager was great, answered all my questions and checked in periodically to ensure everything was perfect. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

5 weeks in Vero

We very much enjoyed our 5 week stay at this property. The house is in a great location close to parks, beach and restaurants on the island and near a bridge to the city. The building itself has good "bones" and although dated in some respects, the updates the owners have made are well done and help make the place very liveable. The lanai/pool area is nice and we enjoyed it even though the weather was cooler than normal for about half of our stay. The kitchen is equipped well enough that you can make meals there if you choose to do so. The yard is well landscaped. We did experience a few negative situations during our stay, probably not unusual in an older house. The washing machine drain was overflowing, the motor to the pool filter was out for 3 days and there was an odor inside the house that seemed to come and go. The cleaning crew, who arrived a day after we did, cleaned surfaces well but a more thorough cleaning might help. It was also more difficult to cross A1A than we expected at many times of the day. Communication with the owners (there's no property manager) was good and they took care of the problems that a service call could remedy. When I expressed that the cable was very limited, they graciously upgraded the package. This house may become even more in demand as the updates continue.

Great property and location in Vero Beach

Overall location is excellent and the house is setup for a lot of open space. My wife and I wanted to escape the Winter in the North East so we came to Vero Beach for a month. First time doing this long of a trip, but this place was perfect! The host was fantastic and very easy to work with. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach, river, coffee shops, restaurants, pretty much everything is close. Our dog also loved the fenced in yard and the dog park that is walkable close. The house is somewhat dated, but the host is upgrading as they go and the new floors they just put in where great. I worked remote most of the time there and the Wifi was perfect for remote video calls. We will be looking to come back in the future.

The owner, Steven, is very involved with Vero Beach Cycling, and helped Vero Beach - Indian River County become a Bicycle Friendly Community. The island area is great for cycling...enjoy!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The house is well maintained and the pool area feels like part of the house...just open up the huge three-panel sliders and bring the outdoors inside! The house is in the process of being renovated in the off-season so each year when you arrive expect the unexpected!
It is just a great, comfortable 1400+ sq ft home with 2 very comfortable bedrooms set on a very private lot on a quiet neighborhood street.

Walk or Bicycle Everywhere! Most Everything you will want to experience while you are here in Vero Beach is with 2 miles of this house. There is an extensive sidewalk system that allows you to walk everywhere!
