Tastefully renovated and fully furnished Mid Century Gem on Central Beach! 2/2 Old Florida charm pool home with great afternoon sun facing south. Heated Pool during winter season! Lush, tropical and private backyard all fenced in. Property sits on large 14,000 sft lot located a block away from the ocean, Costa del Este resort, the best local restaurants like The Tides, local shops, farmers market… Literally walking distance to everything! Spend time in this treasure coast small Florida town, a piece of paradise called Vero Beach. Home was all upgraded in 2022. King size bed in master bedroom, 2 full size beds in guest bedroom and an extra twin mattress available for extra guest. All linens, towels and kitchen utensils included - kitchen is FULLY equipped. Wine refrigerator and wine buffet credenza fully equipped with all kind of wine and cocktail glasses. Outdoor dining table and chairs with gas grill by pool area. Pool is heated during winter season when temperatures drop below 78 degrees, pool has a hot tub area (it's not a jacuzzi) but it gets pretty warm during winter when the heater is running, nice to enjoy at night with a glass of wine :). GREAT real fireplace with wood logs provided, Gas kitchen range. All all utilities included.

BEST LOCATION IN VERO BEACH

THE COTTAGE WAS ADORABLE. WE COULD WALK TO RESTAURANTS, BEACH, SHOPPING AND BOARDWALK.THERE WAS A FARMERS MARKET ON SATURDAYS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. HARDLY A NEED TO GET IN THE CAR. WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND. OWNER WAS VERY GRACIOUS. EASY ACCESS AND SUPER CLEAN. DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP!!

Vero Beach

Lovely stay in house a few blocks from the beach. Very close to our favorite restaurant The Tides. Walking distance to all of our other favorite spots in Vero including Grind and Grape. Enjoyed having pool in the backyard.

The home is very open, bright & cozy. Beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked and location is AMAZING! The best of Vero Beach is a block or 2 away. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay here again!

I Loved This House!

Navigating Vrbo listings, reviews, and choosing is a gamble. You never know what you're going to get. I assure you, this house is better in person than the listing. It was impeccably clean- including inside the cabinets, refrigerator, baths, floors (of course linens, furniture, etc.). No bugs the entire week i was there- in Fla! Not one bug, lizard, or anything living inside that house. It was so nice to walk barefoot on the clean floors with no fear of what may jump out, or what i may step on :) The interior of the house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Paired w/ the architecture (placement of windows, wall of doors looking out onto the pool) it was prettier in person. It's stylish, not cluttered, every piece of furniture is in the proper place, and the furniture is comfortable. And it's quiet! You hear nothing from outside. The property- i couldn't believe how private and quiet it was. The landscaping was beautiful, even after the hurricanes. The size of the property and trees provide privacy from neighbors (and seemed larger than it appeared in the pics) so you can enjoy the beautiful pool without anyone seeing you. The neighbors- I heard nothing and saw no one. I even went swimming late at night bc the pool/patio was sparkly clean and private! Location- perfect. Gigi couldn't have been more attentive. Any dumb question i had, she got back to me immediately. She's ab lovely! There's something special abt this house...it has peacefulness about it.

Disappointed the pool was not heated on arrival.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not warm to swim in. The pool man did come over less than 24 hours before our check out. Not enough time to heat the pool to make it able to go in. ) : I should have inquired of the temp of the pool before booking.

Close to beach

Booked this last minute after the hurricane helene it’s a nice house good layout and the pool was a plus after a beach day , kitchen came with items to cook i did notice that cleaning supplies were not replenished Beach chairs 4 of them so no need to bring chairs It’s about a 10 minute walk they have public parking no fee for 2 hours very nice beach and some nice restaurants near by The only negative was the bedding the mattress is both rooms are extremely firm almost too firm wasn’t the best night sleep so that would be the only down side maybe the owner can look into a softer mattress in the second bedroom just to give someone an option for a pillow top less firm

Great Summer Vacation

Check in was seamless and location was perfect. Walking into the house, it was clean and smelled great. Even though it’s only a 2/2, the house felt bigger and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The beach is an easy block or two blocks away and having the pool was the best. My only feedback would be: provide additional toilet paper and there was some ants in the rooms. 5 stars overall!

Wedding weekend

This property’s location and amenities were perfect for our long weekend attending a wedding. The home had everything we needed, including beach chairs and large umbrella for our beach outings but also pool chairs, floats, towels for the time spent in and around the pool. The pool was a good size with a jacuzzi area and several steps into the pool. Laundry room had supplies we could use and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware in addition to accessory pieces, placemats, Keurig. We thouroughly enjoyed our weekend!

Wonderful week in Vero Beach!

Firstly, I just want to say that we had an amazing time, using this house as our base for a week. Vero Beach is a great place itself and the house is in a perfect location. Gigi made us feel very welcome throughout the whole process and her communication was fantastic. It’s great to hear that the garden will soon be undergoing a renovation too, which I’ll keep an eye out for the updated pictures. If we return to Vero Beach we would definitely stay here again, as it has such a homely and relaxed feel to it. I would recommend this house.

Beautiful House

Not only was the house extremely clean, and had a great layout of the house and pool, but Gigi was great about getting back to us when we asked he any question. Oh and by the way, the 6 minute walk from the house to the beach was just an added benefit. Thank you again Gigi!

This property is all that you need. If you aren't leaving the beachside you don't even need a car. You can walk to Riverside Cafe which was our favorite spot. Dinner at ocean grill and drinks at Sol Mar

Not quite what the pictures portray

Numerous items that need addressed: Roof leaks in the Living Room, Missing smoke detector in the LR, Bathroom door in MBR uses a bar to keep it closed because the door knob doesn't work, light fixture in Dining Room is not flush to the ceiling...feared it would fall at any moment, mold in the guest bathroom shower, mold galore on the pool deck with pool cleaning service on Thu (hope the pool is clean otherwise you won't be using it until Thu) and lawn care on Fri which means all the lawn debris blows back in the pool. It appears from the pictures that you have a secluded backyard but what it doesn't show is that you'll actually be looking directly into the neighbors living room. Location is wonderful but it's definitely not the house we expected from the pictures on the website.
