Fantastic, Secluded, Quiet Wooded Golf Townhome

My 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome is located within the Meadow Lakes Golf Course community. Plenty of space within the townhome, extremely cozy, and is located within:

- 0.5 miles...Meadow Lake Golf Course
- 2-3 miles...Grocery Store, Backslope Brewing, Mudman Burgers
- 8 miles...Glacier National Airport
- 8 miles...downtown Whitefish (tons of food/shopping)
- 12 miles...Whitefish Mountain Resort Skiing
- 20 miles...Glacier National Park
- 25 miles...Bigfork/Flathead Lake (largest freshwater lake West of Great Lakes).

And we have a hot tub.

For being in a remote part of the country, this area is fairly accessible by plane as Glacier National Airport flies direct to Chicago, the Bay, Seattle, Salt Lake, Minneapolis, Denver...and all of those cities can be reached directly from wherever you live!

And then once here, my place is a short 10 min drive away...and I am fortunate enough to be positioned in the center of all the area has to offer. Truly is a great location.

We do ask guests to not use the fireplace (as a safety precaution).

We also ask guests to notify us if you intend to use the grill outside, and if you do, that you clean it upon departure (as our cleaning team focuses on indoor cleaning).

Lastly, we ask that guests do not use the garage unless they have spoken with us first. We want to make sure we can accommodate your car size, among other logistical considerations.

Do not attempt to walk off the back deck towards the golf course. The rock-like steps are not even, so there is a potential one could fall.

I would prefer you take your shoes off immediately after entering the townhome.

I would prefer that you not use either the fireplace in the living room or the grill on the patio.

Glacier getaway

Had a wonderful time at Patrick's property. It was very convenient for our trips to Glacier ... and the hot tub was much appreciated after our long hikes! The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied. Patrick was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful townhome located amidst the trees, overlooking the 12th green of the Meadow Lake Golf Club. Very well furnished and extremely quiet. After an extended stay, my wife and I were sad we had to leave!!! Just a wonderful spot. Mark

Loved the house and location

The location was perfect for my daughter and me. We felt right at home, the house was clean, check in was easy, and Patrick was very informative with places to visit. He was a wonderful host and answered any questions right away. We traveled at least 150 miles a day visiting places of interest. We spent a lot of late afternoons on his back deck reading and waiting the golf players. We used his hot tub twice, which was quite nice. We spent 9 nights and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Patrick, for everything.

Flathead stay

Location in the flathead valley is great. condo is close to super one grocery store. Condo has a great layout. We like to bbq cook and entertain, kitchen does not offer very good pots, pans, utensils were very limited, so for a long stay we ended up buying new. Deck needed cleaning. Top windows do not have blinds, can get quite warm from the sun. Master bath has old carpet , needs replaced. Unable to access community pool. We had a fun summer and would rent again but we would expect updates for next summers stay as we might stay longer next year.

Wonderful!

The townhome was so relaxing, clean, and well stocked. It was in a peaceful neighborhood (we saw deer many times) It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and a wonderful respite after hectic days.

Glacier hiking

Pat was easy to work with. The property was very nice and was exactly what we expected. We were able to explore the surrounding towns with a quick commute. The hot tub after a day of hiking in Glacier was so relaxing. The home was very well stocked for all of our needs for the week!

the property was very clean, convenient located to airport and glacier national park, quiet neighborhood on the golf course. the hot tub was very relaxing after a day of hiking. Washer, dryer and dishwasher available to use. The host had a couple of cans of bear spray available, so we didn't have to purchase them. Fabulous trip!

The townhome was in great shape and Patrick was extremely easy to work with and helpful. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Townhome is a convenient distance from Glacier Nat’l Park, which was the destination for our family vacation. We will be back! Thank you, Patrick!

Quiet townhome on the green.

Our week at the property was so relaxing and quiet. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Probably the quietest place I have ever stayed, and so nice to have my own balcony to relax on in the evening after soak in the hot tub. Property was clean and tastefully decorated. Patrick was very informative and answered questions quickly.

I'm originally from Potsdam, NY...but have lived in St. Louis MO for the last 22 years working in higher education. 16 years at Webster Univ, and now in my 6th year at Washington Univ in St. Louis.

I'm a PhD Economist by trade, but raised a sports fan, I've married my passion with my profession...and am a sports business analyst, frequently commented on national media regarding topical sports business issues. At WashU, I run their Sports Business program. I also have a consulting practice where I do marketing analyses for sports organizations.

I had never been to Montana in my life until June 2020, when I went to visit my uncle...who is a CA resident but a long-time fan of Whitefish/Kalispell. Sure enough, after one 5-day visit, I was hooked too...and 10 weeks later, I was a homeowner.

This property was a great buy, I think the market is only going to climb in the coming years, and for my own use, I've just found it to be cozy and quaint. A wonderful spot in a wonderful place.
