With a waterfront porch area and private swimming pool- you can choose your favorite spot to take a load off and relax . The home features plenty of seating area, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. This home has it all and has been recently painted and decorated. The home offers 2 king size and 1 queen size beds and several roll out beds.
Just imagine sitting on the back porch, enjoying the sunsets and watching the dolphins or numerous birds.

Has everything you can think of!

We had a wonderful stay, this house has everything you need and then some. Slept 6 adults very comfortable, open kitchen/dining/living concept, never felt crowded. The convenience of having a pool and fishing pier was exactly what we were looking for.

WOW! Awesome house, pier and pool!

House is even better than the pics! Awesome pier and clean pool. Very comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Host was very easy to communicate with. Already looking to book for next year. I highly recommend this rental you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for families

First time in Rockport! June 2nd-5th, 2022. The home was beautiful and view was perfect! The kreuig machine was not working but the owner replaced it later that afternoon so that was thoughtful and very helpful since our party had lots of coffee drinkers. Everything is literally 10 mins away from this location so it was great not to have to travel to far for food or groceries. We washed and dried most of the towels and put them away and bought more detergent for next guests. We were one hour away from home on Sunday when we realized my daughter left her laptop at the rental. We reached out to owner to let her know and she said safe travels and she would take care of it. Her cleaning crew shipped out my daughters laptop today 06/08/22 for a small fee of $35 and we tipped her as well because it saved us a 4 hour trip back to Rockport. We had a great time and our friends ended up booking their next trip at the house next door (4bdrm) and want me to rebook Reel Therapy for next year.

Beautiful home. The pool and pier were a hit! Having a large refrigerator and freezer was a nice bonus not having to rely on ice chests!

Lovely home and location

The home was so lovely
and the view was fabulous. My grandson caught a stingray and was so thrilled. We released it. The sunrise was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday weekend

Came to Rockport for our brother's 30th birthday celebration. Had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and very comfy. Kitchen had everything we could need. It was great to be able to walk out and fish right from the back. While there are neighbors, it has a secluded feel to it. Will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Rockport.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really clean and had everything you could want. Unlike some houses with old overused kitchen utensils, this home has everything in the kitchen we have at our own home. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The owner was very responsive to all questions before we arrived and check in and out were a breeze. Of course, the best part was the pool and the lighted pier and the reason we booked the house. Though we didn't catch any "keeper" fish, everyone caught something! The 7 year old grandson now thinks he is a "professional" because he caught so many. Haha, they were hardheads but hey, he was happy!! The pool was a little cloudy but was still safe to swim and the pool guy was there both days we were there to try and get it clear. The black lab next door even welcomed us by pushing his ball through the rod iron fence so the kids could play ball with him. Overall, we said we would welcome another trip to this property!!

Summer time vacation for our family

This was our third year in a row that we stayed at this home. We absolutely love it. And look forward to staying there again. In the almost forty years we have been coming down to Rockort this home has been the best!
