Ski In & Ski Out Condo - Heart of Wintergreen

Welcome to The Highlander at 107 Eagles Court, the Wintergreen Resort’s newest ski-in & ski-out ground floor rental condo on Eagle's Swoop - as of October 2020! We're new owners and eager to please! This hard-to-find front door/back door accessible condo is located in the epicenter of the action and all within a short two minute walk to the Mountain Inn itself. We're a four season rental serving hikers, skiers, etc.

If there "can be only one," we hope you'll choose The Highlander.

True Ski in Ski out

We love coming to wintergreen and this spot was perfect for our young family. Fully equipped, plenty of space, and easy access to the slopes and lodge. We would love to return! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Amazing Location!

Perfect space for our family of four and you cannot beat the location, just steps from ticketing, ski rentals and lifts. We loved it and will be back!

Perfect location for skiers

Stayed with my teen for a ski weekend. Can't beat the ability to ski right out of the back door. The unit had everything we needed as far as toiletries, linens, kitchen items. It was clean, warm, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was super fast.

Perfect getaway

This place worked very well for my family (including 15 and 12 year old kids, and dog). It was clean and perfect location to walk to market, resort, and walking trail.

Fall colors

The condo is small, but worked fine for us. The steps outside were a challange. We had issues with not having hot water, but the views made up for it. The restaurants in the resort were great.

Great location

Great location with ground floor access to the slopes. We visited between Christmas and New Years, so there wasn't a ton of snow out the back door, but this would be perfect later in the season. Condo was well kept, clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen.

Awesome location

This property was fantastic! Kimberly was very responsive to every need. The location is PERFECT. Walk right across the street to the ski lodge, the convenience store, and restaurants. The trail right off the back deck was open, and this was the perfect ski in ski out property. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location with all the amenities

This was truly a great condo with space enough for my husband and I, our two sons and yellow lab. We Loved having access to the slopes from the back patio and a really quick walk to the market and village. We enjoyed hiking a few trails too with our dog. Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Awesome view...

Other than the normal fair, ware, and tear, the condo was cozy for two people. We had an unbelievable view of the mountains and skiers coming down the slope. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that we will repeat in the future.

Wonderful mountain respite

We used to own at Wintergreen but haven't been back for 15 years. It was such a pleasure to stay here. Our fur babies loved the walk out area and it was so easy. Having the two bedrooms allowed us to put our bags in the second bedroom and of course it is so nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Great ski and ski out for family

Our family of 3 spent a great few nights at this property in the best snow boarding weather ever. We loved the comfy sofa, warm crackling fire, cute foxy artwork. The teen enjoyed his own bedroom. The best part was the slopes being mere steps from the back door! Everything was within walking distance for us. The restaurants were great. The spa was great. Bring your own wood. Great ease in check in and check out.

Excellent property, fully equipped and comfortable! Communication with manager excellent. Walking distance to everything at the resort. The ground floor was convenient, especially with dog in tow. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms were nice. We would not hesitate to return!

Great location!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, the condo was well-stocked. The only reason I gave the cleaning 4 stars is because when we arrived, there was a lunchbox with food found in the guest bedroom? Obviously from the previous renters. I’m guessing the cleaners missed it. Otherwise a wonderful condo

Location, location, and location. You are literally on the edge of Eagles Swoop, the most popular ski run in Wintergreen and a 2 minute slow walk uphill to all the Mountain Resort amenities anchored by the Mountain Inn. Ski lift, ski gear rentals, dining, drinks, and more. Additionally, The Market grocery is 50 yards downhill (full grocery, gas station, deli, pizza, beer/wine, etc.). Lastly, there are hiking trails everywhere. "Who could ask for anything more?"

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Ground floor location with front door and back door (with a killer view from the porch). Great for emergencies, pets, and kids who need to go outside and get their wiggles out (while you wave and smile while drinking the beverage of your choice from inside). It is a legitimate genuine certified ski up & ski out condo, but also a four season rental.
