This 1864 square foot home is three bedrooms with bunk area and three bathrooms sleeping up to 10 with private dock and WiFi. This property gives you a secluded feel when you pull up to it as it has a unique wall of river bed stone that secludes the home but is part of the compound to the other home. You walk through a courtyard to the front door. As you enter the home, straight ahead, is the living space with windows and doors to the deck with a beautiful lake view. The living room has leather couches and a smart TV so bring your passwords! It also has a Bose music system. The A/C heating thermostat is located in this area for easy temperature control convenience. Off the open concept living room, to the left, is a large dining table and kitchen with Corian countertops. The kitchen has a wine fridge, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and Pots, pans, dishware, glassware and utensils for 10. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer. The deck has a 180 degree view of the lake. Enjoy the lake or the serenity of just sitting with your favorite beverage or book. There is a propane BBQ on the side of the home. Back inside by the front door there is a hall to the right the leads to the first master bedroom with a king bed, lake views and en suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks. There is the guest bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom off the bedroom with a shower. Next to the hall are steps that take you to the bunk room area and other master bedroom upstairs. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a bunk are to a room with 2 twin beds as well as this area with 2 twin beds. This area is great for children as the ceiling line is lower. So pack some clothes and head to this great Chateaux to start your vacation!
