Many homes have private docks; however, once Lake Nacimiento's water level drops below 60% capacity, many docks start to become inaccessible to boats or are located in shallow, hard-to-navigate coves. This dock is the last one inside the marina, perfectly positioned inside the marina barrier before open water, ensuring reliable access regardless of lake levels.
