Comfy and Convenient

We were walking distance from restaurants, shops and pier in Folly Beach and an easy and quick drive to Charleston.

Folly Beach gem

Our condo overlooked the marsh and the Folly River and the view was amazing. We watched the tide each day and even a dolphin in the river. Its location just over the river from downtown Folly Beach made it is easy to head to the beach or grab a bit to eat.

Very nice property

This condo was very clean. It had very nice views. My wife usually struggle to sleep in beds other than our own but the beds in this place were super comfortable which helped us rest.

The dolphins outside our window

There were dolphins outside our windows. We played board games or watched a movie together every night. It was perfect being there together as a family. The restaurants were wonderful. The local shops( fossil and art shop) were eclectic and the local owners were amazing to talk with. Overall a great family experience.

Family vacay

Love love folly beach’s condo close to everything, walkable. Condos nice and clean. Laundry a plus with 3 kiddos. Only issue was air conditioner was really loud.

Our first beach trip

We loved everything about this place especially going with kids, they had their own beds an bathrooms there was only one down fall only one the smell from the river early in morning is absolutely disgusting, other than that we loved the beach an will be coming back next year. It Was Okay....

The unit was okay but I would not stay again for the money that we paid. The front door lock was not a secure lock and really needed replacing. We managed to make it work to ensure that we were safe. Broken lamp in the master bedroom with the lamp shade just hanging off of the lamp, curtains on inside out, sink in the guest/hall bathroom would not allow hot water with the faucet; Cold water was all that was available. Wifi would go in and out a good bit and that was somewhat frustrating, but may have been out of the owners control. The unit needed updating desperately! It served our purpose though to have a place to lay our heads at night. Location to Folly Beach was very convenient.

Wonderful weekend

Spacious condo, great amenities, love the Dove products for the guests!! This home is NOT cluttered and is so easy to clean up when leaving!! Great time at Folly parade..everything is walking distance!!!

Spacious condo!!

Very open and sunny! Loved the view of the river and boats from the porch! Great gathering place and plenty of room inside!! Comfy beds! So close to walk to The Lost Dog and enjoy a great meal!

Felt like home

Our family loved staying at this condo. Great view of the river, and close enough to walk to all the shops and dining on Folly Beach! The place was cozy, well outfitted, beautiful, and felt like home. We highly recommend!
