As you step through the door, you'll be excited to spend time in such a beautiful, updated getaway. While the oceanfront view will rival for your attention, you'll be just as impressed with the condo's new renovations that include wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and chic furniture.

Step into the bright and airy kitchen to settle in and unload your groceries. The kitchen is a designer's dream with its modern backsplash, white shaker cabinets, and quartz countertops. You'll find yourself frequenting this space for more than just the snacks it holds. With ample counter space and a fully stocked repertoire of kitchen items (Keurig, toaster, cooking utensils, and more!), you'll feel inspired to try new recipes.

There's nothing like a post-beach appetite to draw everyone to the dining room table! The dining room holds a farmhouse style table with two benches that seat a total of six. On mornings when you're in a hurry to swim, you'll love grabbing a quick bite at the kitchen breakfast bar that's lined with four bar stools.

Those staying in the second bedroom will find the R&R they seek. The room holds a queen bed, twin bunk, and a 42" flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower/bathtub and towels for everyone.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, a Keurig coffee maker, beach chairs, a cooler, a full washer/dryer, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Southwind, Tasteful New Smyrna Condo Rentals

The Southwind, known as "one of the best buildings on the beach," has recently undergone a $1 Million renovation. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has just been installed, making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted, gated access. The oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and you'll find plenty of lounge chairs, both inside the gated pool deck and out on the beachfront sun deck as well. In addition, high speed wireless internet access is now available for all guests so you can stay connected to the outside world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Follow the sidewalk to the beach access stairs and take in the panoramic Atlantic Ocean view. This complex is also equipped with tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts.

New Smyrna Beach Fun

The Southwind is located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Great fishing, boating, and canoeing opportunities abound at Mosquito Lagoon and JB's Fish Camp, located near this complex. Bethune Beach is just south of here, and the car free beaches in front of The Southwind provide the perfect landscape for family sandcastle building, quiet walks, or carefree bike rides on the sand.
