Il s'agit d'un magnifique condo en bord de mer situé dans le complexe Southwind à New Smyrna Beach, en Floride. «Ce condo au 6ème étage offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan Atlantique à la minute où vous marchez dans cette chambre nouvellement décorée de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. La relaxation vous attend.

Ce condo peut accueillir 8-10 personnes très confortablement, alors amenez les familles nombreuses et les amis à apprécier. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et des lits superposés, la troisième chambre a 2 lits queen. Chaque chambre dispose de grandes télévisions à écran plat.

Le salon offre une section confortable et une grande télévision à écran plat équipée de câble pour vos émissions familiales préférées. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et très spacieuse avec une grande île qui s'ouvre sur la salle familiale avec des fenêtres enveloppantes pour des vues sur l'océan. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles dans l'unité pour votre confort ainsi que l'internet sans fil haut débit pour rester connecté.

Le balcon du 6ème étage de ce condo offre un lever de soleil sans fin le matin et une vue directe sur la piscine complexe, le jeu de palets, les courts de tennis et de basket-ball.

Girls Week

The condo was very nice and roomy, and it was very nice having the 3 bathrooms with 7 ladies. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and the dolphins. It was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Awesome NSB Condo

This condo was perfect for our annual family vacation to New Smyrna Beach! The corner unit was spacious and wonderfully decorated providing great views of the pool and ocean! The owners were great and provided excellent communication. We can’t wait to go back!

Spacious end unit with great ocean views

Spacious main living area with great views of the ocean. Three bedrooms were a definite plus. Clean, nicely decorated and maintained throughout with up to date appliances and televisions. Very pleased with our stay.

Awesome Family Vacation Location

Tremendously enjoyed our week at New Smyrna Beach in this lovely Southwind 3B/3B Unit. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, fabulous beach front views and side view of pool from balcony, comfortable beds, and beautiful decorations throughout. Easy beach access with plenty of space to spread out. Access to Publix was only a few miles away and several good restaurants in the area as well. The beach chairs and "toys" available in the storage closet were greatly appreciated. The teenagers not only enjoyed the beach and pool, but also the tennis courts and basketball area. Pickle ball courts available too as well as shuffleboard. Thanks to the owners for sharing their awesome unit with us!! Great place to make wonderful memories.

Fabulous Condo

Took my teenage daughter for a girls trip and this condo was perfect! It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, the beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. This is one of our favorite buildings in New Smyrna Beach, and definitely the most well maintained. Everything was perfect. We will definitely rent here again and again. Thank you!!

We’ll be back!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. The beach is pretty much private given how few people are on it during the day. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely as well. The condo itself is perfect for our family. With two small kids we were able to easily make this our home for the week we were there. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive. It’s so nice finding a place we can plan on visiting regularly with no worries of having issues. We’ll definitely be back!

Ideal Vacation Stop

One week is not enough to enjoy what this condo unit offers. Located far and away from the public beaches, my family and the other condo residents or guests had the entire beach to ourselves. This corner unit, located on the sixth floor was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults an four pre-teen children. Views of the sunrise with our first cup of coffee was one of our week’s favorite treats. I would certainly come back again.

beach getaway

We throughly enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo is very spacious and has an incredible view of beach and pool area. This is very helpful if you need to go to condo but still want to have eyes on tweens. Unit has plenty of beds for extra friends and each room has a bathroom. Condo was stocked with what you would need. Property is only 10 min to Flagler and very close to wonderful restaurants. Thank you for the stay! We would love to visit again.

UNDISCLOSED NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION

I would suggest that you do your due diligence on this one. The owner Did Not Disclose construction during our stay at a point where we could make an informed decision as to whether to stay there. 2 days before our arrival they said their might be some light noise but it shouldn't be a problem. NOT TRUE. The noise was jackhammering and it was unbearable. We actually vacated early and purchased another condo rental nearby. Then the owner made us beg and contact them multiple times only to get next to nothing of a refund. We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach multiple times as we are from this area but now live out of state. This was a massive disappointment.

Great Place!

NSB was amazing as always! The condo was typical! It suited our needs for 7 days. However the owners are keeping our deposit for things that we’re already wrong with the condo. They said there were stains left, I asked for pictures & they won’t even respond to me. I already paid a cleaning fee of over 150. Def. Take pictures of your unit when you arrive when renting from this owner. Otherwise they may take your deposit. This is also the 2nd year we stayed in this condo. It will be the last 3 grand they get from me.

Great Properties Create Great Trips!

I had been looking forward to taking my family on a beach vacation for a while. I had been looking at condos up and down New Smyrna and I kept coming back to this one. It was a little bit pricier than some of the others, but based off of the reviews, the pictures, and location we decided to book it. We were not disappointed! The entire trip was extremely easy to manage. The property owners were very responsive, clear, polite, and concise on all communication. When we arrived the checkin instructions matched exactly what we were told, accessing the unit was so easy, and walking into it was a joy. It was clear the unit had been renovated at some point. The kitchen and bathrooms were really well done. The sleeping and living areas were decorated nicely as well and very comfortable. They had plenty of beach goodies for our daughter to enjoy and made our trip extremely relaxing. The building, grounds, and beach access were very straight forward and made being on vacation a very easy vacation. The pool isn't anything special, but it was clean, warm, and really enjoyable. The quick easy access to the beach is by far one of the biggest perks. Parking was also not an issue as we were issued passes for our vehicles and the facility is gated. Another perk about the property is that the floor it is located on seems to be the default floor one of the elevators is always on. So when you hit the button it seems nine times out of 10 the elevator opens right up. This sounds silly, but it's just another little benefit to make a perfect trip. As for the area, my family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 30+ years. I've stayed at properties and beaches all over the world. I can say I absolutely love New Smyrna. From the shallow sloped beach, great restaurants, vacation atmosphere, to being able to see rockets launch right from your balcony, it's probably one of the best kept secrets out there. On that note, if you do stay, definitely check the launch schedule. We were able to see a Flacon 9 launch on our trip from this unit and the beach. Just one of the many perks. So in short, if you're looking for a great place to have a nice relaxing family vacation, I would definitely recommend this as an option!

A Fantastic Month in Paradise

John & Carrie were great to work with and all went smoothly during our one month stay at the Southwind in NSB. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Amenities and furnishings were accurately depicted in the pictures and listing description online. We hope to return again next year!
