PELICAN BEACH has a side beach walkover that takes you directly to the beach. Step outside and follow the designated path to your private, pristine beach. The only people who can access the beach here are the locals, making it incredibly private. The coquina-sand beach is a favorite nesting spot for sea turtles laying their eggs, and at night, grab a flashlight and take the kids ghost crab hunting. Your beach playground is perfect for fishing, surfing, walking, hanging out, and reading a book.

You can watch birds walking around picking fish out of the water and observe sea turtles who make nests all year round. Just bring your family and kids and enjoy your stay. This home is located minutes from many parks and recreation areas, with Intracoastal boat launch access, only 25 minutes to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and only 1 hour from Orlando. Guest Access:

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE.  USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
