Présentation de Hawks Cove à Cinnamon Beach - une maison sensationnelle avec piscine au bord de l’océan avec suffisamment de place pour toute la famille! Cette belle maison comporte trois niveaux de vie luxueux et plus de 5 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie confortable sous les airs.

Hawks Cove est une maison climatisée de six chambres à coucher / six salles de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatorze ans lorsque le canapé-lit est utilisé.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle de divertissement spacieuse avec une télévision haute définition et de nombreux meubles confortables pour regarder vos émissions préférées ou un film sur le lecteur DVD Blu-Ray. Rassemblez-vous autour du bar, dégustez une boisson fraîche et regardez votre équipe préférée sur le téléviseur grand écran ou passez le temps à jouer à un jeu vidéo d'époque. Mais ne passez pas tout votre temps à l'intérieur: ouvrez les curseurs et dirigez-vous vers votre propre piscine privée avec spa! Prenez un bain de soleil dans une chaise longue confortable, faites un plongeon rafraîchissant dans l'eau ou relaxez-vous et écoutez les vagues se briser à quelques mètres de vous. Quel que soit votre plaisir, le niveau du sol à Hawks Cove est synonyme de plaisir! Il y a aussi une chambre d'invité au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète en suite.

Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez les 5 autres chambres, y compris la suite principale luxueuse avec un lit king-size et un balcon en bord de mer! Regardez le soleil se lever sur l'Atlantique chaque matin! La salle de bains principale est une pièce somptueuse de type spa avec baignoire, douche à l'italienne et immense vasque à double vasque.

Il y a une suite avec lit queen adjacente au maître qui offre une vue directe sur l'océan et un balcon! Les 3 autres suites à cet étage disposent respectivement d'un lit king size, d'un lit double et de deux lits jumeaux.
Chaque chambre a sa propre TVHD et salle de bain privée! Il y a aussi Internet gratuit dans toute la maison.

Le salon principal très ouvert de Hawks Cove se trouve au troisième étage. Ce niveau comprend une belle cuisine gastronomique avec îlot et bar à petit-déjeuner, l'endroit idéal pour rassembler vos invités. Vous y trouverez des appareils ménagers haut de gamme, des comptoirs en granit, des fours et des éviers doubles, une grande table de cuisson et tous les ustensiles, vaisselle et verres dont vous aurez besoin. La salle à manger en bord de mer est tout droit sortie de vos rêves - prenez vos repas tout en regardant les vagues déferler sur la plage de couleur cannelle!

Sur le côté opposé de cet étage se trouve une salle de jeux vraiment cool où les enfants peuvent jouer à des jeux d'arcade, regarder la télévision ou tout simplement se détendre. Des sièges intégrés et un bar en font un endroit que tout le monde peut apprécier!

We loved the beach house! So spacious and beautiful! Coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean was so special! Great neighborhood and location! Played golf at nearby Hammock Beach and the house was the perfect location for our girls golf trip! Highly recommend!

Hawk’s Cove Retirement Vacation

We had the max limit of family members in this beautiful home on the beach. Everything was in walking distance in the neighborhood. Publix was a short drive. There were 6 bedrooms and six full bathrooms. Having a full bathroom on each of the three floors was amazing. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The problem was the elevator did not work and I’m disabled. This was a huge problem!!!!!! The ice maker and dishwasher did not work either. The owners have to replace or repair these necessary items or your stay will be subpar in this beautiful home. We will return but only if repairs are made. JLS

My 60th birthday party!

We had the beat time at Cinnamon Beach! Everyone loved having their own bathroom! We all loved the house. The only negative was that the elevator didn’t work and the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, it was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house seemed lovely from the exterior and the location was tough to beat. The house had a fishy smell immediately after it was cleaned. The floors were filty, our feet were black. The hot tub and elevator didn't work - two big features we felt were worth the price. When the dishwasher ran, water leaked through the ceiling into one of the bedrooms. Several drawers were broken in the kitchen and the kitchen wasn't sufficiently stocked for 12 guests.

Amazing View, Great House, needs a few tweeks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Christmas vacation. 3 families from 3 states. In these covid times we knew we would be in the house alot spending time together. We had planned to cook lots as we were not going to go out to restaurants. We had stayed in a house across the street during the summer so we knew there was a publix supermarket nearby and some good takeout options also. 3rd flr has a wonderful open space with great ocean views. The large table seats 10. Some of the leatherette seats were worn and need replacing though. The Tv is a smart one and has all the TV apps you need to put in your own login (netflix, hulu, amazon prime, youtube tv etc etc). The games room was great for the kids and adults alike and had a balcony area too. The supplies in the kitchen were great for the most part but some things we would have liked were a big frying pan, teaspoons and small cereal bowls. For a house that can sleep 12, these would have been useful. The fridge was missing a drawer and made ice only when it felt like it.2nd Flr. Wonderful bedrooms, 2 of which had ocean front balconies. There is also another balcony at the front which serves as the front door area. The mattress in the room opposite the kids room had a terribly soft mattress and one occupant decided to sleep on the floor for a few nights before switching to the kiddie bed across the hall. The master would be great if it had 2 chairs to look out of those wonderful views on days when it is too cold to sit outside or to read at night. All bedrooms could use more hangers in the closets and hooks behind bathroom doors to hang towels. A coat rack would be great inside the front door. low 50's some mornings.1st flr. Entry way from garage. Has a bedroom and shower room. The website says it has a queen but I'm pretty sure it was a full size mattress. Fantastic bar area and access to pool. Washer smelled of mold and dryer was v slow. Patio table & chairs were rusty in parts.Has an Elavator but No private walk

A great get away.

If you're looking for a place where you can spend time relaxing without leaving this is it. The property is large and beautiful, and the view of the sun and moon rise is amazing. You have pretty much everything you need in the home as far as entertainment and comfort go, all you need to do is visit one of the many stores that are roughly about 4 miles away to stock up on the things you may need and you never have to really go anywhere else after that. Door dashing is easy even though you are in a double gated community, so if you don't feel like cooking, just order and have brought to you. The best part about this property is the management company believe it or not. They are available 24/7 and they work hard to make sure you have virtually nothing to think about. I only had one issue when I got there and that was just me not knowing how to operate the controls for the pool. One call to maintenance and John had me taken care of immediately. Scott and Donna both made sure to offer excellent customer service on numerous occasions and were very friendly. Their team makes the experience 10 times better. We booked from a Thursday until Sunday and had such a great time that we decided to book another night and stay until Monday. Donna took care of making the arrangements for us and once again offered great customer service. We were very pleased with the value we got for our money, and will be back again to stay at this property, or any property Cinnamon Beach Vacations management company operates.

What word means more than perfect?

The house was exactly what we wanted - spacious, clean, well-appointed and a view to die for! The pool was excellent and all the patios and extra seating everywhere was so wonderful. Check-in was super simple and communication was fast and easy leading up to and during our stay. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basics - bringing a couple disposable pans was about the only thing we needed. Would highly recommend this house!

SHOULD YOU STAY HERE or SOMEWHERE ELSE?

So we read the review before us which was 5 months ago. It said the POOL & HOT TUB were faulty. We thought, ahhh, it's been 5 months we are sure they fixed it. Well, for the first 3 days of our trip we could not use the hot tub or pool. It was RAINY so the beach was no use but a HOT tub would have been nice, but it took multiple days and 4 trips to fix it. This by the far was the WORST of the trip! Once we had SPA & HOT TUB, we didn't want to leave, the first couple days we wanted to leave the house and go somewhere else. Other things to note.. it doesn't have the best KITCHEN ware like Pots & Pans (so if you plan to cook, maybe bring your favorite accesories) ... It DOES NOT Have direct Beach access, you had to walk onto the street and then into another entrance up the stairs to the community pool deck and then use that beach entrance, it's just a couple houses down and is near a Club Restaurant type of establishment so that's helpful. The beach access closes at 8pm!! Which is early, same with the pool, THAT's TOO EARLY so be aware. The hot tubs at the community pool were always crowded so we didn't get to use those. There is another beach access but it's farther down. But back to the house, IT'S SO NICE! It actually sleeps 12, even thought it said 10 when we booked. Be aware that everytime you leave the neighborhood, you have to pay a $2 toll. WHICH IS INSANE! So buy the 10-pass for $1 each trip to save you TOLL money. There's lots of stuff relatively close outside of the Neighborhood/Toll Pass so that's a plus. The beach had A LOT of WAVES so my little ones were afraid to go in the water but the beach is nice and we understood why it's called Cinnamon Beach. They have cabana tent rentals too which was unexpected. Very private, not a lot of people. People were nice. Besides the weather and the broken pool/hot tub, we would stay here again. The owner was very nice, property management answered needs quickly. Definitely a nice chill place. Remember, be AWARE of the POOL Situation. 2 guests, 2 reviews in a row, Pool/Hot Tub issues. But to be fair, once they "fixed it" we had NO ISSUES at all after that. Hope this helps!

Awesome Experience

First off, this was an awesome place for our family gathering. I highly recommend it. A few thongs to know before you rent, and while these were a bit of a bummer, our experience was excellent. The views were incredible. The access to the beach super close. The top floor is where we spent most of our time as a family. The game room had a door which kept the noise in there. The rest of the top floor is a large room with kitchen. Excellent space for our large group. Second floor is all the bedrooms. First floor is the pool/hot tub access, garage access, laundry, a bed and bath and a misc room we didn't use much. - The hot tub heater didn't work for us. The property management was on top of it, but something about the system did not work. Check on it's status if that's important to you. - There were 2 King beds, 3 doubles and 2 twins. That's a bit different than advertised. - While the BBQ is in the pictures, there's a note at the place that it's off limits. - In the pictures, it appears that two bedrooms have a private balcony, however it's one shared balcony.

Beach Girls Have Fun

The house is very large with plenty of room for a lot of people. The instructions for the TV's and other electronics were not correct...even the wifi was not correct. The customer service came twice and were very nice and did repair what we needed done. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, but no mixing bowels and very limited items for cooks (which we had 4 in our group). The second king size bed had no light bulb in the closet and there were light bulbs over the entire house that were out. All in all we liked the house and it has plenty of room for a large group. Location was great.
